But Carmine was bringing us interest before we even signed the listing agreement and was even flexible on the term of the agreement. He stayed in touch daily with the title company and seller's rep and made sure everyone was informed (and triple checked). A true gentleman, honest, professional, knowledgeable and put us first in every way. Cannot recommend him more highly! Success speaks for itself (ie Carmine closes a lot of deals) but I wanted to add our experience. We closed in less than 30 days from listing at the price we wanted. Thank you Carmine.

From the onset, Carmine put our wants and need at the top of daily "to do" list. He discussed the area and recent market trends. What impressed us most was the respect he showed us throughout the process. We were given daily check-ins regarding the house we chose. Throughout the sale and afterwards, even to this day, three years later, he has made himself available to us, should we have any questions about future plans. He sends us a monthly news letter via email. He gave us names of community people for various upgrades we might want to make. We trust him to look out for our best interests.

ZillowVERIFIED I had my house listed with another realtor for a very long time with no results. I decided to list with another realtor. I narrowed the list to two realtors and Carmine Pantuso came out on top. I live in Ohio and the house was in Palm Coast, Fl. so I needed a realtor who I thought would put more effort into selling my house. I got everything I was looking for and more when I contracted with Carmine. If I had to rate him on a scale of 1 to 10, he would get a 20. Nothing happened without him communicating it to me. All calls and questions were answered quickly. He made suggestions about things we could do to make the house more marketable and took care of make it all happen. I could go on and on about what a great job Carmine did for me, but I think the best compliment I can give him, is that I would hire him again in a heart beat and recommend him to anybody wanting to buy or sell a house. What a great experience!!!
