I have dealt with five different realtors in the Pittsburgh area over the course of many years and Eric stands hands and shoulders above them all. 1. No house is perfect and mine certainly wasn't - Eric knew what fixes/upgrades were necessary and practical. He didn't waste my time or money trying to make an old house look like a new one. 2. He knows the market - my house location and surrounds were unique and presented a challenge for pricing. Eric's appraisal was spot on. He knew where to start and also knew when to adjust the price to attract more potential buyers. 3. He has the contacts - an extensive mailing list of realtors who trust his assessments. Each price change was broadcast to this list of contacts and led to an immediate increase in showings. 4. Advice - throughout the process Eric was always available by phone. Text response times were typically within five minutes, day or night. He was always calm and considerate and his council was always good. Tying it all together - Eric knew what was needed to be ready for listing. He knew what the price should be. He knew when to reduce the price. He used his contacts to attract a lot of potential buyers. He listened to all my questions and concerns and kept me calm throughout the whole process. Bottom line, I firmly believe he got me the best possible price for my house.

Brian is one of the most knowledgeable in the business. He is determined to find you exactly what youre looking for! He has top notch negotiation skills and always has a professional and positive attitude. I cannot recommend Brian enough to anyone looking to buy/sell!

Great Experience!!! Wow where do I even start? You might know him as Danger on Froggy radio here in Pittsburgh. Jeremy is a great guys. Hes honest when selling a house, very on top of everything, will talk to you day or night, will show houses when it best fits any type of schedule, knows answers, and you will have a great time with him to work with. By the end of this process you will have a life long friend. At first when we started the process of looking for a house we honestly werent sure about it. Jeremy called us explained the process, we spoke with Andy from the mortgage place and got pre approved for an amount. Super easy process! My boyfriend, Jeremy, and I spent about a month looking for houses and put in 2 offers. The first offer we put in Jeremy was at dinner in another state with his family for vacation and brought his computer in case we wanted to put an offer in. We told him we wanted to and he was right on writing up the offer. Even while on vacation he made sure someone from Cowden Creek would be available to show us houses but Jeremy was still available to answer any questions we had and make any offers. 2 hours after he got home from vacation he showed us 2 houses. The very last house we toured in our journey we knew this is what we wanted in a home. They even had a vintage Froggy Radio sticker in the window. We did the tour and right in the middle of it Jeremy got a call that it was past time to put an offer in he works his magic and that night he put an offer in. A few days later we got a call that it had been accepted. That started the process of buying our forever home. We had the chance to work with Andy again and Steve his inspector. Both great people. Overall this was the best experience we have had with anyone. We seriously cant thank Jeremy enough for everything he has done for us. I promise you will not regret the decision of deciding to have Jeremy help you look for your forever home. Even after everything is said and done in the buying process you will not only still have someone who will answer all of your questions but you will also have had a life long friend. Seriously again thank you!
