Realty Austin

Kim was such an amazing realtor and made our buying experience completely stress free. She and her business partners found us several properties in New Braunfels that met our needs. Additionally, as we were relocating from out of state she took care of so many details for us associated with the closing of our house including being there for several inspections. She is an expert at her profession and has become a great friend as well. We highly recommend her!

I used to be a realtor for 7 years before leaving the industry, I now use Kim for my rental properties, and she does a great job. She was able to get my two properties rented with quality tenants with 0 vacancy between the time that my previous tenants moved out and my new tenants moved in. She also helped with tracking down missing documents from the tenants during the application process to makes sure everything went smoothly. I recommend using her and her team!

In 2015 we were fortunate to meet Kim, who did an amazing job finding us our dream home in Austin, as we decided to move to the beautiful beaches in Destin, FL, Kim did her magic again in selling our Austin home, she is a passionate, experienced professional with a customer-first attitude !!!

Kim has been our realtor when we first bought our property in Austin in 2017 and then again when we sold it recently. We have been very happy with her services. Kim is very professional, knowledgeable about the Austin market and a pleasure to do business with. We highly recommend her!

Kim is amazing! She will go above and beyond for you. I would absolutely recommend Kim to anyone trying to purchase a home. Kim maintained an open dialog through the entire process, and made purchasing painless.
