ZillowVERIFIEDThis was mine and my husbands first time buying a home, and we cant say enough about Mark Alexander. He is a phenomenal realtor, who became a good friend to us. He is trustworthy, kind, honest, dependable, and extremely knowledgeable about real estate and this current crazy competitive market. Finding Mark was a blessing. My husband and I didnt know anything about buying a house, nor the process. Mark answered all of our questions along the way and was very responsive. He explained everything in great detail making sure we understood everything well. He was never impatient with us. With every house we wanted to see, he was very prompt and available to our needs, making sure we booked that same day or the next so we didnt miss out on a good opportunity. After being out bid multiple times and losing the house we aEURoethoughtaEUR? was our dream home, my husband and I started losing hope along the way, but Mark kept instilling positivity, telling us not to give up and the right one will come. And when we did find our actual dream home Mark fought for us to get the house and made sure to negotiate on our behalf that we keep the appliances that were already in the house (they were top of the line, brand new appliances). We were so shocked to find this out because we didnt even have to ask him to do this for us. Actually, I didnt even know that was an option for us either! He made sure every step of the way that we were satisfied with everything. Mark isnt just an outstanding realtor, but is an all around great person. He knew we were first time home buyers and pregnant with our first child. He made the whole process less stressful. Hes definitely someone you want on your team fighting for you to get the house you want and love. Oh and hes also a fabulous baker! He brought us homemade salted caramel cookies to our closing along with so many other little goodies!!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently had to relocate from Maryland. There was a lot of stress and we needed a realtor that was responsive, supportive, knowledgeable and patient. Mark was all of these things. He laid out options for our family in different areas based on our requests, discussed commute based on our jobs and school districts for our kids. He was also able to discuss the difference in builders which was important to us since we werent local. He covered ALL the bases. And in addition to being thorough, hes personable. Ultimately, we decided to build. Rather than hand us off or only check in periodically, he often responded to requests before we could and was able to negotiate some with the builder. I cant say enough how much he made our relocation far less stressful than I had initially envisioned.

Mark is such a strong communicator that he was able to explain everything to us in an easy conversational way that always made us feel at ease. His expertise and suggestions were spot on, he was always responsive to questions, and we felt he went the extra mile for us over and over. We all know a dozen real estate agents between friends and co-workers, but just picking one because they are a friend of a friend is not a wise choice. Buying a home is a huge undertaking and you need someone sharp and experienced in your corner, that is Mark. I'm not planning on moving, but I will only use Mark in the future and any friend who asks me for a suggestion is getting Mark's contact info.

We traveled to Texas and meet Mark in person to begin our search for a new home. Our first impression of Mark was how comfortable he made us feel with his friendly personally and how prepared he was to begin our search. Our window to find a home was only a few days, so Marks preparedness was essential. We made our decision and made an offer. Mark made the offer and with his excellent negotiation skills was able to get a lower price than our offer and some extras added to the house. In 2018 we decided to sell our house in Round Rock and relocate to Salado Texas wanting a smaller house on a bigger lot. Once again we engaged Mark Alexander to handle the sale of our Round Rock house and help find our house in Salado. And again with Marks expertise, knowledge and professionalism made this process as smooth as can be. We were able to close on our house in Round Rock and close on our new house in Salado on the same day.Mark is a fantastic professional Realtor and we would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark Alexander was amazing, and I couldn't imagine going through the home buying process with anyone else. My fiance and I were recommended to Mark by our financial adviser, and he was very polite, prompt and knowledgeable the entire process. We were looking for our first home and Mark was available for us anytime of the day, and was constantly staying in contact with us via e-mail, text, phone call, or in person meet ups. When we did go and check out homes and open-houses, he would give us tips and things to look out for in the property. We weren't sure what we liked in a house at the beginning, but he showed us a wide range of different houses in our price range in different neighborhoods so that we could narrow down what we did want in our starter home. He was not only knowledgeable about the real estate process, but he was critical in informing us about the different neighborhoods we were looking into, as well as different services we should look into after the purchase was finalized. Even after we closed on our property, Mark was still available to us, calling and checking in and answering any questions that we did have. ZillowVERIFIED Buying a house in the current Austin home market can be an extremely intimidating process - especially for first-time buyers. Running around trying to find a decent home in a good part of town without breaking the bank can be next to impossible, and even if you find something you like some new Californian transplant will snatch up your dream home literally within hours of it hitting the market. And then there are the bankers and the lawyers and the title companies and God knows what else all asking for this form or that and requesting this and reviewing that and having you file a third thing in triplicate. It's enough to make your head spin and can make the process next to impossible for an average working family.Lucky for us, we happened to work with Mark Alexander for our first purchase and it was the single greatest blessing we could have ever asked for. Mark is an incredibly sharp, helpful, and friendly realtor who truly embodies the long-last art of customer service. Although new to the field of real estate, Mark handles its many hurdles like a seasoned professional and made the entire experience virtually painless for us. From the very beginning, he was warm and welcoming, taking time to get to know our family and the needs we had for a house. We have a complicated income situation (I work on commission and my better half works on tips - an underwriter's nightmare!) but he was very helpful in introducing us to brokers that came up with solutions for us. Our schedules are complicated and could only accommodate one day a week of actually going to look at houses, so Mark would prepare organized, prioritized lists for us to visit in order to maximize the benefit we got out of them. He also kept his finger on the pulse of the market and would immediately let us know if something of interest came on the market - often within minutes of it being officially released. Bottom line: after only a few times actually going out to look at houses, we had already found our dream house (which Mark managed to knock down a few thousand more dollars and talked the builder into including a whole bunch of goodies).Then the real work began. Even after we signed and his job was officially done, Mark maintained close contact with us. Our mortgage went through several hicups along the way and Mark was always there, helping us navigate the sea of red tape and occasionally talking to the seller for us when we were trapped at work during some critical juncture.And he was incredible about always having a backup plan available as well as a backup backup plan.I am rambling here. The moral of the story is thus: I would have given up on this process several times over had I not had the constant assistance and support of this incredible real estate agent and if you are using anybody else's services, you are wasting your time and money. If you would like the best customer service experience and smoothest home purchasing experience possible, I emphatically recommend using the services of Mr. Mark Alexander.
