First thing, David is an exceptional person. He has a good heart and exudes integrity. We did not have a realtor yet and I accidentally stumbled up the driveway of one of his listings. I was nervous to email him thinking I would feel pressured or that he would be disappointed if we didn't buy immediately. The first day we met at the house we bought from him, he put me at ease. He realized we were slower moving people and guided us to be more expeditious when we knew there was a valid concern someone would put in an offer on our dream house before us. He gladly showed us a few houses I expressed interest in but we always ended up coming back to the Seminole house. He became our realtor in the process and will sell our current home. I have met realtors that put serious pressure on people to perform and not for one second did I feel this way working alongside David.
