ZillowVERIFIED I couldn't recommend David any more than I am he is absolutely flawless. He was on time, polite, and amazingly vigilant. David is a 6/5 realtor and won't sleep till you are in a home you love. I owe 99% of my findings to David and his wicked fast team. If you go with David you can't go wrong! We looked at over 30 houses and he was never late and was always prepared to show us the good of a house and never shy away from tye bad of a house. He saved us one 2 different occasions from getting houses we would be unhappy with but in our star struck eyes we couldn't see past what the house could be. David is the realtor "diamond in the rough" I had a few realtors before David and I will have 0 after him!

ZillowVERIFIED To be honest, I was a bit skeptical when I first received the recommendation to go with David Cisneros and the Duley Group. I am so glad I did. I have experienced other real estate agents that seem to either lack patience, don't want to put in the time that it takes, don't make you a priority, or seem to be in it just for the money. David Cisneros was just the opposite. He was extremely patient. He made us feel like we were his only customer. He made us his priority and I know for a fact that he is definitely not in it solely for the money. On day one when we did our first walk through, he spent several hours going over every detail of what it would take to fix our house up and to make it extremely marketable at top dollar. We tried our best to follow his advice to a tee. Not only was he right, we ended up selling our house for more than what we originally thought possible. All through the process David Cisneros kept a humble attitude and this is something I highly respect and admire him for. I was told that the Duley Group is one of the top real estate agency groups in NWA and now I can see why since I have experienced it first-hand. I was nervous to email him thinking I would feel pressured or that he would be disappointed if we didn't buy immediately. The first day we met at the house we bought from him, he put me at ease. He realized we were slower moving people and guided us to be more expeditious when we knew there was a valid concern someone would put in an offer on our dream house before us. He gladly showed us a few houses I expressed interest in but we always ended up coming back to the Seminole house. He became our realtor in the process and will sell our current home. My husband and I first got in touch with him before we moved out to NWA and David was always in touch, sending us properties we might like, offering to visit them for us with FaceTime, and was always just a phone call away. Most other real estate agents Id been in touch with were really passive, counting on me to do most of the searching and contact them when I wanted to write an offer, but not David. He was always in touch with me to see how I was doing and if I needed anything from him at the time. When we made it out to NWA the real search began and we went to look at several properties. When we found the house we fell in love with, the journey began. Buying a house during the pandemic (2020) was a whirlwind let me tell you. But there was nothing that David couldnt handle. He also had several contacts to recommend when more specified things came up (ie. roof inspectors, lenders, etc.) and since we were not from the area this was very helpful. Up until the day of closing, David went above and beyond to get us the house. Were so thankful to have had David by our side throughout our first home buying process. Would 100% recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED First off, David is a non stop power-house who does his utmost to help you with what you desire and yet still deliver a reasonable home. We were living in Illinois and were given 19 days to find a home and to move to Arkansas. So we had a Saturday and half of a Sunday to find a home in a place we new nothing about. To make it even more challenging I contacted David two days before the 4th of July to try and get house tours for that weekend. He kept in contact with me even on July 4th! He had never met us before but was there on a Saturday morning ready to show us the houses I had sent him as well as several he had found for us himself. The best part of working with David is that he understands the strange and unusual houses I wanted and was upfront about our chances of finding it in the Rogers area. He was the first realtor to get "quirky" and not do a double take at first conversation. He also listened to what our needs and wants were and on Sunday showed us a final house that "might have some possibilities." He patiently drove us back and forth on Sunday while we hemmed and hawed over two homes. We ended up picking out his final house. Several months later we are still very happy with the house. The neighborhood is indeed close to my husbands work, it is safe to walk our dog at night, and we are close to shopping in three different directions. When it comes to retiring I hope he will take us on as clients and help us find "the final place". I know he has the patience and the tenacity not shown by previous realtors.

ZillowVERIFIED david was a rock star in his dealings with the crazy sellers that we encountered on our buying experience. property #1 (a duplex) fell through because of a sell that wanted to dismiss his agent after a offer was tendered. they were trying to eliminate the agents fee. property #2 (also a duplex) was a bad experience because the seller would not let us see the property without an offer. then they kept putting everyone off about seeing the property. also we think the property was improperly described as 3 bedroom when it was really a 2 bedroom.
