We worked with Sandra THREE TIMES in one year - for the sale of a house in Beacon Hill, the purchase of a condo in downtown Seattle, and the sale of another condo in South Lake Union. In all three scenarios, Sandra exceeded our expectations - both financially and from a level of service. We are both working professionals with very little free time - and we also live outside the city part-time, which could have made the process extremely burdensome. Sandra made things SO EASY. She told us where to invest (and where NOT to invest) to maximize resell potential and ROI, put us in contact with really great contractors who had favorable pricing, and her assistants are AMAZING - truly they go above and beyond. We are now two homes "lighter" and living in our dream condo - it's nice to be settled, but we are almost sad to be out of the real estate game for awhile.... we miss Sandra!!
