We just purchase our first home by working with Vince. From the moment we first met, Vince took the time to completely explain the entire process of buying a home. We first met to discuss what we wanted in a home, and Vince catered exactly to that. We had access to the MLS and could monitor the moment a home we wanted came on the market and would see all the available information. If it was a home we were interested in, Vince got us all the accessory information within hours or even minutes. When we did visit homes, since we had never owned a home, Vince was there pointing out all the positive notes, and things to be aware of so that we didn't get dooped by a house that might look good, but had appreciable flaws in the bones of the house. He watched over us throughout this process and we trusted him completely to steer us in the right direction! Nothing was more comforting than knowing our agent was not trying to sell us any house, but our perfect house. Because homes were selling fast at the time we were buying, Vince was always on top of things to get us a showing ASAP, sometimes same day!, so we never missed an opportunity to see a house. He answered our emails, texts, and calls- day or night- to answer any and all of the questions we had no matter how simple or complicated. He completely walked us through all the complicated paperwork so we felt comfortable that we weren't signing things that we didn't fully understand. Buying a home is a big stressful process, yet Vince made it easier and we wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else.
