Troy was on the ballaEUR"excellent at marketing, took brilliant photos, extremely easy to work with and contact when needed, stayed very proactive the whole time. He even took video walkthroughs of our home to show to potential buyers and arial drone footage showing our proximity to the lake. We ended up getting traction and the eventual sale of our house. Overall, it was a great experience and would highly recommend Troy! Thanks for selling our home!

His communication and showing efforts were unmatched, he provided referrals for absolutely everything we needed for third party situations, and got everything closed and finalized on time. Please, if you need support is buying and selling a property, do yourself the favor of hiring Troy Calhoon!!

It was very good and relaxing working with Troy, and and he also helped me get my lender and homeowners insurance through his contracts which made it a painless process, he is also from the area which was also made it really nice going to look at a house
