Extremely considerate of everybodys time. Of all the showings he planned for us to see, only once Troy felt he might arrive a few minutes late, he texted, called, and even emailed to let us know. This only happened once and was not an issue whatsoever, just very thoughtful of him. We had 6 extensions, numerous reinspections etc. He even ran the well water samples to the health dept for us. How many agents actually do this? Exactly. Don't bother with other fly by night realtlors, use a pro like Troy instead
