The universe sent me Latrisa Wyatt at the most perfect time! After having gone through multiple realtors who were trying their best to convince me to either relocate or settle for homes and areas I did not want to be in, I was ready to give up. She did the exact opposite! She asked me what I wanted and she fought with me to get it. She is extremely knowledgeable and she takes really good care of her clients. I refer her every chance I get.

Latrisa was awesome! She helped me sell my old house and buy my new house. She was there for us every step of the way and I am truly grateful for her. Thank you Latrisa!

We had a close friend recommend Latrisa to sell my home we had lived in for 50 plus years and she was perfect. I had never used a realtor before and the experience was outstanding. They helped with all my concerns and questions, also they have been wonderful by continuing to be in contact with me since, making sure that I am ok. I will be using Latrisa after the first of the year to sell another property. She and her team are I am sure going to do a bang up job in getting the best price for property. Thanks to Latrisa and her team for making a first time home seller's fears go away!

I had an amazing experience working with Mrs Wyatt. Her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication exceeded my expectations. She understood my needs and helped me find the perfect home within my budget. Her communication was excellent, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Latrisa to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you for making this journey smooth and successful!

Latrisa and her team are AMAZING! They took care of everything and were very professional. Communication was prompt and they were always available when we needed them. Selling a home in Texas and moving to Oregon is STRESSFUL. But Latrisa and her wonderful team helped relive so much stress and helped make our home-selling process so much smoother. Love this team!
