ZillowVERIFIED Latrisa and her team made the selling and purchasing process so much easier, especially during this tough market! We couldnt have imagined using anyone else to help us navigate through it all! They are so knowledgeable and they sent us reminders for every signature needed and even the little things you dont think about like utilities, address change etc. Its easy to forget about those when youre focused on the big picture! We love them so much and will always use them for any future needs!

ZillowVERIFIED FANTASTIC REALTOR!! My husband and I started working with Latrisa thinking we were moving to San Antonio. While we didn?t end up moving there, it was absolutely not because of disappointment with Latrisa. Latrisa is an AMAZING realtor! As a forth time home buyer, we were looking for the whole package: community, school, location, and house. Latrisa completely understood what we were looking for. She recommended areas for us to focus on and even sent us neighborhood/house videos she went and took herself since we are out of state. I really can?t overstate how much we enjoyed working with and getting to know her. Her professionalism, personality, and knowledgeable are exemplary. Trying to find a realtor where we are moving is challenging as no one can really follow Latrisa up.

ZillowVERIFIED While I wasnt able to work with Latrisa due to the fact that I already had a realtor, when I talked to her she was just amazing. She gave me great advice and indirectly contributed to me finding a home with my current realtors. If I could do anything different it would have been to talk to her sooner. Highly recommend her, she sets the bar high for other realtors and is genuinely knowledgeable and kind.

ZillowVERIFIED Latrisa Wyatt has been my realtor for over three different processes (buying, selling, and renting) and I?ve never been disappointed with her service. She?s very responsive and knowledgeable and doesn?t mind taking the time to break down the finer details to her clients. It?s nice to have a realtor that has her clients? best interest.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are buying or selling your home Latrisa can help, she is amazing! We moved from CT to Texas and Latrisa was there every step of the way. She is very responsive with calls, texts and emails. Never worried any time thru the process. She is very thorough and very professional! Literally the best realtor I have ever met. That is saying a lot, I work for a mortgage company and meet realtors every day. Latrisa is the best there is! Thank you so much!

ZillowVERIFIED Latrisa helped me at every step of the home buying process. I knew absolutely nothing of what the process entailed, and she took me under her wing and taught me everything I needed to know. She is never unavailable if you have questions. She hooked me up with the best lenders (I shopped around and ended up taking her suggestions anyway). Any time a hitch came up or something didn?t go as planned, she handled it for me and got me the best outcomes every single time! I can?t stop raving about her. I can?t believe I got through this process so quickly, learned so much, and got such an amazing deal on a home I love, all thanks to Latrisa and her amazing work!

ZillowVERIFIED My fiance and I are so pleased to have worked with Latrisa. Upon meeting Latrisa, we knew right away we wanted to work with her. She has such a warm and welcoming personality, which made us feel very comfortable from the get go. Her knowledge and expertise in the process of finding and buying a home was a tremendous help and she was always available to answer questions. Even late in the evening, which was very appreciated being first time buyers. Her advice was very open and honest. She never made us feel rushed or tried to persuade us in our decision making,. We also loved that she shared in our enthusiasm! Once we decided on a home, she not only fought very hard to get us what we needed but she succeeded! We were able to purchase a home with all the things we?d been looking for and she made it happen for us. We had an awesome and hassle free experience making this purchase with Latrisa alongside us and have already recommended her to friends and family!

ZillowVERIFIED Latrisa leaves nothing to be desired. She showed a superb level of work ethic coupled with so much integrity that she earned my full trust. She made everything easily understandable, directed us to a trustworthy loan officer, and always responded to our communications immediately or within minutes. When adjustments needed to be made on our end, she handled it with grace and helped us figure everything out. The icing on the cake was how she and her loan officer joined me for the signing to make certain that everything was perfect, even though she did not have to sign anything. I also appreciate the gesture she made by giving me a generous gift after the signing was completed. She wowed me so much, I have already directed one friend to talk to her. I hope that this note makes it to a manager so that they know how lucky they are to have her as an employee.

ZillowVERIFIED Latrisa was my instructor during my pre-licensing courses and currently is a mentor to me and several other agents across the country. She is passionate about real estate, disciplined, motivated and operates with the highest level of integrity and authenticity of any business professional I worked with in 25 years. Latrisa has a heart for success. She shares her knowledge of real estate and the markets freely so that her clients and others may grow and make sound decisions when working with her. Latrisa is clear and comfortable about the processes laws in the markets she specializes. I would highly recommend Latrisa as an agent for any one moving into the San Antonio area.
