My wife and I very recently picked up and moved from San Diego to Knoxville and got connected with Stephen through our CA realtor. The whole process could have been pretty crazy, and on paper it was, but we were blessed with very competent realtors in both states. With Stephen, and my sister and brother-in-law in Knoxville, we had to remotely "walk" properties. This could have been a very stressful process but Stephen was keen to take in to consideration our list of wants and desires for a new home. He was very honest and forthright when inspecting potential homes, letting us know what things might conflict with our vision. In the end we experienced a smooth home buying process from start to finish and are settling in to our new state thanks to Stephen and his team.
