ZillowVERIFIED My family was relocating from out-of-state and were connected with Stephen after having another realtor that didn't seem to be working for us. We were so very grateful to have received Stephen as our new realtor. At this point we had already placed a couple of bids on houses, paid for inspections, and couldn't find a negotiation middle-ground while also receiving little guidance with the previous realtor but having already sold our house we were stuck in a bit of a bind until Stephen became our realtor and things turned around in a wonderful and positive way. He works for you, is incredibly knowledgeable on real estate negotiation, does his due diligence on every property you are interested in, and is trustworthy. He took his time to show us the properties we were interested in a way that worked well for us (over video since we were not always able to drive to TN), he showed up and stayed for the inspection, and he returned for follow-up inspections (like that which we had with the structural engineer). He stayed on top of all the little things while keeping us updated all throughout the process. While he may have recently relocated to TN, it has not held him back from gaining knowledge about the area, the market, and who to contact to get what you need done. If you want to ensure that you get the property you're interested in with the market like it is now then I recommend Stephen for your realtor as he will make it happen.

He would set up and attend showings at a minutes notice and made himself available at OUR convenience. ZillowVERIFIED After talking to a few other realtors and Stephen about purchasing a new home we decided to stick with stephen and I am so happy we did. He was very honest and knowledgeable and very approachable, . If he didnt know the answer right off the bat he found the answer quickly ! He always offered his help and guidance through the whole process. He showed us many houses that he knew would fit our families needs and wants. ZillowVERIFIED Stephen assisted my husband and I with the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. Stephen went above and beyond our expectations. Stephen answered all of our questions thoroughly, went over every room of our house and told us what we should do before putting the house on the market. He held open houses every Sunday. We met with a few other relators before him and were not 100% but after meeting with Stephen we knew he was our guy! We were very busy and he always made time to fit our crazy schedules to meet and discuss any questions or concerns we had. He was up to date with the current market conditions. He was very honest and up front about everything and that's what meant the most to us. He always answered his phone calls or texts from me no matter what time of day! ZillowVERIFIED Stephen helped us with our first home buying experience. We met with another realtor before we got in contact with Stephen and we were about to give up and just look ourselves because of the terrible experience with that other realtor. Then meeting Stephen the difference was obvious. He was there every step of the way and responded to any little question we had, and trust me there were many. We have very busy schedules and Stephen made time at any time of day for us to see houses even later into the night. He made the entire experience much easier and did all of the work for us. He even helped us with recommendations for our mortgage company and inspection company, both of which we took his advice and were very happy with. We are so happy with the house and will be recommending him for years to come. If you're looking for someone trustworthy and real that will get things done he is your guy!
