Brad is, in my opinion, the best you can ask for when it comes to a buying agent. He sits down with you to figure out who you are and what your wants. He uses every home you see together to narrow down your search until you're left with nothing but great options. His knowledge of the area makes the difficult question of "where are you looking to buy?" an easy one to answer. As far as communication goes he is quick to respond and makes the entire process as painless for the buyer as possible. His estimates when it came to choosing an offer amount were also right on the dot, and allowed me to get my offer accepted without overpaying. I trusted him throughout the process. That's what I wrote to Brad when we finished: " Thank you again for all you are doing for us and I appreciate it very much. Sometimes you have to know with whom to make business, and we are happy it's you ".
