Critical documents were not delivered on time aEUR" a basic responsibility in any real estate transaction - and as a result, the sale fell through entirely. Even more concerning, he attempted to claim the earnest deposit despite the failed sale being the direct result of his own errors. This was not a misunderstanding - it was negligence, and it created serious financial and legal risk for us. Buyers and sellers should be extremely cautious. If a realtor can't manage deadlines or contracts, they shouldn't be handling other people's money or properties.

The were always quick to respond to messages and calls, flexible schedule, attentive to our real estate needs, very honest and thorough when looking at places, i.e. they are not going to let you buy a bad home or get you into a money pit. And for the selling part, they were great, gave a us all of the comps and priced our house well, did multiple open houses and sealed the deal. We were very picky and finicky buyers too but they continued to work with us, were patient, never pushy, and they helped us to accept the perfect deal. Oh and very tech savvy, both in looking for homes and selling ours there were the neat online sites and apps to help us manage favorites, accept showings, etc. You will not be let down if you work with Brad and Rachela. We highly recommend them.

ZillowVERIFIEDI could not have been happier with my experience. When I called Brad to see a condo it was last minute but we were in that condo 30 minutes later and I'm sitting in it as I write this. Brad helped me with the title company and bank who weren't doing their jobs after I had done a sale by owner of my house. I Wish I would have listed it with him in the first place. He didn't get paid for all the work he put in to help me with that and he treated me the same buying a 70 K condo as he would someone buying a half a million dollar house. I can only say that because I can't imagine how he could have treated me any better. Rachela was on the spot with answers and help when Brad went out of town for a couple of days.
