My wife and I had been watching the market for years waiting for the right time to buy. Once we had our financials in order we were well versed in what the market was like and how much house we could realistically afford so we started attending open houses. We were beginning to feel defeated after so many houses came close but missed the mark. We had heard so much of this "a-ha" moment when you are in the right house. We wanted that feeling. After spending another Sunday touring homes, we happened to tour a listing Kim's husband was showing. He was very attentive to our needs and informative to our questions. He offered us his card and said if we ever have questions, we could call, text or email. A week or two went by, when I happened upon an ad in a local paper with a promising home for a price we could afford. I contacted Kim's husband right away. It happened to be Kim's listing. They emailed us the sheet on the house and asked if we'd like to be the first to see it. My wife and I set up a time that worked for us (later in the evening) and Kim graciously accommodated. Walking through the house Kim was knowledgeable and attentive to our questions and needs. She was in the moment working on getting answers from the sellers who were away at the time. Kim gave us our space to look through the home at our own pace, allowing us to get a feel for the space and really start to envision making this our forever home. Her no pressure method gave us comfort to sleep on it and make sure we were comfortable with any decision we might make. This house was our a-ha house. We messaged her the next day and she began helping us with the negotiation process. Kim was very ethical and professional in her role as dual agent for this sale. She made the process clear and understandable. She took care of ordering the inspections we had asked for. She was easy to get a hold of and always easy going. No high pressure sales tactics. No question was ever a dumb question. I never imagined a sale could go so smooth. There were also the friendly gestures like invitations to customer appreciation events, free t-shirts and a nice gift when we closed.

Shalle Wolff did an amazing job on the recent sale of my house. At the beginning, we thought it would sell quickly and easily. To say the least it didnt go as planned.
