Real Estate

I worked with AJ and his team in my first home search. I am impressed by their integrity, honesty, and deep knowledge of the real estate market of the Schaumburg area.

Not sure why, but he was completely unresponsive to inquiries on a rental property. Finally made an appt to see a home, went and waited for nearly an hour, and he still never showed up. No email or text to reschedule or heaven forbid, offer an apology for wasting our time waiting. Id be very cautious if youre going to use this person to sell or rent out a home. Awful.

Abhijit and his team were always available to answer questions and kept searching for properties on a routine basis. They understand the local market and construction aspects, which helped to evaluate and compare properties. It was a very good experience working with team members Alex, Alok and Yugal.

Property Economics made this whole process smooth and easy from start to finish. Communication was always on point, and anytime I had a question, they responded quickly and kept things moving. Shoutout to Savita for being so helpful, patient, and professional throughoutaEUR"it truly made a difference. Grateful for the experience and would definitely recommend them.
