Once the listing was live and showings started, they always provided notice when a showing was scheduled. This review needs special mention of Mrs Savita Leekha. Savita is expert screener of the potential tenant applications. She will deep dive into the paperwork submitted and ensure thorough followup. Every application was transparently forwarded to us with recommendations. Over time we were able to develop trust with Savita. The property eventually was rented at market price to good tenants who have maintained the place well. The Property Economics team worked with the HOA and village on the rental licenses. They also are quick to address any minor or major maintenance issues that arise. Its been 6 months since the property was rented and we have only positives to write about Property Economics!

ZillowVERIFIED Abhijit invited for viewing the property for time 6:45-7:15pm after I inquired. I called his number listed before heading the road, number does not work. I was at property at 6:40pm. I called him several times and texted him via Zillow app. No response. Finally I could reach him on another number. He simply tells me that he left moment ago and that he forgot to let me know viewing was moved to 6-7pm. I drove 65 miles. The level of unprofessional attitude is immense with him.

After listing my home with atleast two agents in the past and pretty much dismal movement in terms of showings, I decided to list it with PropertyEconomics cor a rental. Abhijit came highly recommended as a word of mouth referral from my child?s teacher. And rightly so! He was honest and upfront in our very first conversation and gave us the perfect advise for renting vs. selling given the time of the year. No pushy tactics, no pressure whatsoever! He was confident in his ability to get the property moving within days of listing - and his confidence was rightly placed. The number of showings we had after listing with AJ was phenomenal and exceeded my expectations. They clearly put in a lot of effort into ensuring that the property gets enough visibility from all prospective clients. To top that, you get a full team of professionals working on marketing, scheduling showings, paperwork, and due diligence on applications. The results speak for themselves. I have to say that all other realtors I worked with in the past were mostly ?door opening facilitators? - they would put on a lockbox on the property, supply a lockbox code to the client realtor and wait for a showing to magically convert to a sale. Disappointing at best! Property economics is far beyond these typical companies. They take personal interest in your property and work with you and the other party, in real time, to get you the best deal, while advising you and holding your hand along the way. End result - within a few days of listing, I had a list of prospective renters to choose from. Property Economics ensured we rented out within the first month of listing with them!
