Real Estate Property Soluctions, LLC

Sharlisa is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She goes above and beyond and strives to make your new home search a wonderful experience. I couldn't travel to Mason City, Iowa, to see homes, so Sharlisa provided a virtual tour of each house and did a thorough job pointing out important aspects of the home and yard. After I found my forever retirement home, Sharlisa made a special effort to meet my family and me at the home with the house keys and abstract, and we all toured the house together. Sharlisa is professional, technically savvy, easy to communicate with, and dedicated to making your experience as stress-free as possible. I highly recommend her and her real estate agency!!!!

Sharlisa went above and beyond the call of duty. She was always available to answer a question or give reassurance. I dont think i ever had to wait more than an hour for a reaponse. She does not give up easily but is discerning enough to know when a deal wont work. She hooked us up with a good lender and held our hands through every difficult process. I cannot recommend her enough, especially for the North Central Iowa area.

Over the years of looking for a house weve worked with a lot of realtors, but Sharlisa is leagues above them all. After she helped us by our dream home, I wouldnt recommend any other realtor!

Sharlisha was an amazing partner in helping us find our dream home. Whether that was assiting with finding houses, going to appoitments, signing paperwork etc, she was always there to lend a hand. Very knowledgeable and kind as well.

Was amazing! As first time homebuyers, She took care of us and really fought for us to get the best deal. Gave us good references for home inspectors. Would recommend her for buying or selling.
