Sharlisa is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She goes above and beyond and strives to make your new home search a wonderful experience. I couldn't travel to Mason City, Iowa, to see homes, so Sharlisa provided a virtual tour of each house and did a thorough job pointing out important aspects of the home and yard. After I found my forever retirement home, Sharlisa made a special effort to meet my family and me at the home with the house keys and abstract, and we all toured the house together. Sharlisa is professional, technically savvy, easy to communicate with, and dedicated to making your experience as stress-free as possible. I highly recommend her and her real estate agency!!!!

Sharlisa went above and beyond the call of duty. She was always available to answer a question or give reassurance. I dont think i ever had to wait more than an hour for a reaponse. She does not give up easily but is discerning enough to know when a deal wont work. She hooked us up with a good lender and held our hands through every difficult process. I cannot recommend her enough, especially for the North Central Iowa area.

Was amazing! As first time homebuyers, She took care of us and really fought for us to get the best deal. Gave us good references for home inspectors. Would recommend her for buying or selling.

Sharlisa was exceptional. She was with me and my family throughout the entire process and was the person who found the house, negotiated with the seller, and practically did 90% of the work. My family and I owe Sharlisa so much."

Sharlisa did a fantastic job with the sale of our house in Mason City, IA and the purchase of our present house in Steamboat Rock, IA. The 1st time home buyers in Mason City had lender issues and Sharlisa did a wonderful job of helping them get financing. She is so friendly and knowledgeable in the real estate market.

Sharlisa was absolutely amazing to work with! You can tell she really cares about taking care of her clients as she showed us multiple properties and even met up with me in the middle of a blizzard to show me a house due to my scheduling constraints. What else can I say about her other than she its amazing and were blessed to have worked with her!! Jeremiah Anns Vrenda

Sharlisa was amazing to work with she was kind, helpful and a light throughout the process, as first time homebuyers we needed all the guidance we could get to purchase our first home. Sharlisa got us into houses in our area that where in our price range and she worked hard to get us the best deal we could on the house we wanted. She was knowledgeable and gave us contacts for inspections and all the things. We would have not been able to have gotten the house we wanted without her. I highly recommend Sharlisa for your home buying and selling needs. 10/10

Sharlisa did a wonderful job showing us multiple places. We did not have a particular area in mind, so she helped us with our northern Iowa search. She helped us above and beyond to find us our new home. We would definitely recommend Sharlisa to anybody looking for an agent working for your interests.
