We just completed our 3rd (!!) home transaction using Lexa as our Realtor and the experience has been absolutely incredible! She has helped us purchase two homes and sell another. The final experience was a true demonstration in her wide skill set. Initially she wrangled a tactical negotiation and offer (in this market we managed to purchase for under asking- I wouldn't expect all transactions to go this way but she could read the market that well!). The property was outside of Grand Traverse County and she met with us without hesitation. Sellers of this property were foreign and she seamlessly handled the FIRPTA Foreign Tax Laws. To add to the commotion there was a property line dispute just as we were scheduled to close and Lexa took charge to get that all hammered out without us needing to be stressed at all. Lexa's general lovely demeanor, great negotiation skills, and can-do attitude has left us with great excitement to share her and strongly recommend any and all to give her a call. Lexa is the absolute BEST! I began working with her several months ago looking for a very unique property.
