ZillowVERIFIED Shelly helped us buy our first home...and we were buying long distance. She made the entire process so easy and seamless. Since a lot of our correspondence wasn't in person, we appreciated her prompt response to email, phone and even FaceTime calls to do showings from a far. We were so pleased with the whole experience...she knew so much about the local area and made sure to find us exactly what we were looking for, where we wanted it (which wasn't easy given our small budget and laundry list of 'must haves'). She has a level of confidence and honesty that made the negotiation and whole process so smooth. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in Northern Michigan!

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Brunette was able sell my home which had been on the market several times. Once she had the listing my home sold. Shelly also found our dream home which we purchased with her help. We are happy with both transactions that she walked us through from start to finish. She has the personality to work with buyers and sellers even when they are emotional ( like me) about selling and buying their homes. She cares about the people she works for and knows what shes doing.

ZillowVERIFIED Best Realtor in TC. Responsive, accurate, pleasant, always available and quick with good answers. Great local market knowledge. I've worked with a lot of Realtor, they are not all equal. Shelly represents the best there is.

ZillowVERIFIED Shelly sold my house in TC in 2014, found a very specific property (5+ acres within 10 minutes of Front & Union) which I purchased in 2011, and found a single family home which was purchased in 2009. In every communication with Shelly, she has been very responsive, professional and able to answer all my questions and provide sound advice. Not only that, but she is also friendly & nice, which is a big bonus when you are driving all over the county together! I highly recommend Shelly Brunette for sales or purchases in our area.

ZillowVERIFIED We were purchasing from out of state and Shelly was hands on the entire process making it seamless. She even took time to FaceTime with her iPad though multiple homes so we could get an idea of the space. Detail oriented...knew exactly the part of town we wanted to be in. Never had to wait more than an hour or two before getting a call back or email back about any questions we had. She handled all the negotiation with the other Realtor with ease. She made herself available to us and as first time home buyers, we could not be more thrilled with her assistance!

ZillowVERIFIED From the very start Shelly was professional and focused. She demonstrated great follow through and communication with us through every stage of our property purchase and our home sale. In both situations she made sure that the process moved forward and that details were addressed. We cannot say enough positive things to describe how pleased were working with Shelly. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who takes care of her clients and gets positive results.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were referred to Shelly from friends who raved about her. We were looking for a condo that seemed impossible to find. A stand alone unit, with main floor living and modern updates. Shelly found us the perfect condo, close to downtown, all one level and the perfect home for us. There were multiple offers on our unit, and Shelly was expert at putting together an offer that was accepted by the seller. We have referred her to 2 other people so far with similar success.

ZillowVERIFIED Shelly has a good reputation in the area and that is why we called her. She came through with a straight forward approach to pricing and letting us know what we needed to do to stand out as there are still a good amount of homes for sale. Her marketing was excellent and she was great to work with.
