We met Myra through Zillow when we were looking for a house to buy. We were driving around a neighborhood looking at the Zillow map (no for sale signs allowed) and up popped Myras name and number. We called her and disrupted her personal plans. She showed us that house and many more. She also stuck by us through two cancelled contracts and two announcements that we were abandoning the house hunt to head north for the summer. A surprise surgery caused us to postpone our departure, and we called Myra to look at more houses. In the very same neighborhood where we first looked with Myra, we found the right house. When she stepped inside, Myra remarked, Now, this is a nice house. It passed inspection, and we completed the closing from our northern summer home without any issues. Myra coordinated with the house sitter and seller to get keys, and document house contents. We are very happy with our new home, and are busy planning renovations. Throughout the whole house hunting and buying process, Myra was very patient and respectful that we were committed to finding a new home, and we finally succeeded.
