ZillowVERIFIED Myra did a very good job. I was just a little disappointed with the fact that I got stuck with all the closing costs. I thought the new law that started in August was to be that the seller and buyer each paid there part of the closing cost.

ZillowVERIFIED We loved working with Myra. She made the selling process so easy and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way. She was truly exceptional. She was ALWAYS available to answer our questions and her responsiveness was incredible. Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic selling process simple. The amount of effort and time they put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, she spent their entire evening walking me through the process. She made sure that my house looked the best and took advantage of every space. The photos that were taken were amazing, specially the 360 ones. I highly recommend her, shes wonderful. I would not hesitate to hire her once I'm ready to buy another house.

ZillowVERIFIED Myra was ready to work from the start and had a solution for every little challenge that a seller faces in a transaction. Myra predicted where problems would arise and was able to explain how to proceed. Her communication was great, and her wit and humor through the process was really appreciated. When we?re ready to buy in the treasure coast again, Myra will be our first call.

ZillowVERIFIED My condo was a difficult sell even though it was move-in ready and quite nicely upgraded. It was difficult because the virus killed the market for two months, the POA rules are strict and the quarterly fees are high. Myra kept me in the negotiating game when dealing with low bids and we finally got a decent offer. Myra is very personable and easy to work with

ZillowVERIFIED Myra was exceptional to work with. She went above and beyond helping me sell my brothers trailer. She interacted with people in the trailer park getting information I did not know. She made suggestions on what needed fixing and what was fine. She hung on for over a year waiting for me to get the required paperwork together. If you get the opportunity to work with Myra, take it. Her knowledge, experience and personality were immeasurably helpful. Shell stay with you until the deal is done.

Myra was very professional and experienced in selling homes and as a result, our home was under contract with new buyers after being on the market for only 2 weeks. ZillowVERIFIED Myra came for her interview as a recommended expert through a computer home selling sight. She was completely prepared and had done a preview of our home from the outside prior to our appointment. She had all the information needed and gave us a complete rundown of what we could expect to receive after the home sold. She priced the home perfectly and it sold in one day with a full price offer. As a knowledgeable real estate professional she knew what the appraiser from the bank would say the home was worth making the steps toward our closing go without a hitch. Myra know what she is doing and is a very kind and helpful person.

ZillowVERIFIED Myra is outstanding. Although we never met prior to this listing, working with her was like working with a friend in the business. My only regret is that I don?t buy or sell property with enough frequency that I can routinely avail myself of her immense skill and warm personality. Buy with her, sell with her...whatever you do, do it with Myra!

ZillowVERIFIED Myra has gone above and beyond in the sale of our house. Myra stepped up when my husband and I moved out of town. She met home repair workers, made sure the house was ok after a hurricane, she pulled permits to disprove items on a home inspection report, she did research on the house find specifications on door and windows to prove work etc... She provided contractors who charged a reasonable rate to help get repairs done. She has been available at all times whenever we need her. She also helped us make sound decisions when our emotions were getting the best of us. Myra was an amazing realtor and we couldnt have gotten through this process without her.

ZillowVERIFIED I used Steve Beams to sell a condo in FT.Lauerdale which was a very tough job to do at that time. He was very diligent in getting my property up for sale. He had it posted quickly and with nice pictures. He was always there if I needed to talk to him, if he was out of the office I had his cell phone to call. He always had time to talk to me and discuss what our next move would be. He did a terrific job of negotiating a price I could live with and the buyer was happy also. If I had property to sell in his area I would most certainly recommend him highly with no reservations. I had a very nice sale experience and all went smoothly up and including settlement.

ZillowVERIFIED Steve Beams helped my wife and I buy a bank owned townhouse in Stuart, FL. We contacted Steve before the property went on the market. Steve was great at keeping an eye on the MLS and letting us know as soon as it was listed for sale. Once the property was available, Steve worked with us to determine a resonable price to offer. There were several bids submitted on the property but we were able to submit the winning offer in lage part because of Steve. In addition to his knowledge of the real estate process, we found Steve to be a true professional. He was available to answer any questions and always responded quickly to our calls! When I purchase another house I will definately call Steve and recommend him without reservation. John

ZillowVERIFIED We met Myra through Zillow when we were looking for a house to buy. We were driving around a neighborhood looking at the Zillow map (no for sale signs allowed) and up popped Myras name and number. We called her and disrupted her personal plans. She showed us that house and many more. She also stuck by us through two cancelled contracts and two announcements that we were abandoning the house hunt to head north for the summer. A surprise surgery caused us to postpone our departure, and we called Myra to look at more houses. In the very same neighborhood where we first looked with Myra, we found the right house. When she stepped inside, Myra remarked, Now, this is a nice house. It passed inspection, and we completed the closing from our northern summer home without any issues. Myra coordinated with the house sitter and seller to get keys, and document house contents. We are very happy with our new home, and are busy planning renovations. Throughout the whole house hunting and buying process, Myra was very patient and respectful that we were committed to finding a new home, and we finally succeeded.

ZillowVERIFIED Myra Beams is an example of a honest and professional realtor. She takes pride in what she do and has never failed me or anyone that I reference. I found Myra via the internet and when I came to her, I was dealing with some issues from another realtor. However, Myra didnt make me feel uncomfortable instead she handle me as if I was her daughter. In fact she offered me great advice that helped me settle the issue with the other realtor. After all was said and done, Myra helped me buy and sell my property. Therefore if you are looking for a trust-worthy and professional realtor notify Myra Beams. I STRONGLY RECOMMAND HER SERVICES!

ZillowVERIFIED We are 2 sons who had to sell our parents home in Tamarac and we had to do so long distance. Myra was awesome to work with and she handled many of the fine details that we could never have accomplished as smoothly and professionally as she did. We got our full price too and had our accepted offer within a few weeks of our giving Myra the listing. If Myra had an agency in the cities my brother and I live in (Sarasota, Fl & Loganville, Ga.) we would choose to work with her in a NY minute.
