Trish was always knowledgeable about the homes before we got there. And she always had plenty lined up for me to go see. Also, if there was a different home that popped up or I would see one during our house hunting, she was flexible enough to allow a change of plans and make a quick phone call or email and we would go and visit a different home instead. Finally, I should point out that she would always give an honest recommendation on the home, on how much work that I would need to put into it. In other words she wasnt just looking for the sale, but making sure that I would buy the house that best fit my needs without any pressure and thats something you dont find very much these days. Trish is very easy to work with and very professional. Normally, I hate looking for homes. This was not difficult at all.
