ZillowVERIFIED Trish was awesome! At the beginning of the process I was skeptical of realtors in general. But Trish proved her value again and again and again. She was highly responsive, has deep knowledge of the SLC market, and was very easy to coordinate with from first inspection through closing. She also went to bat on my behalf during negotiations with a couple of really difficult sellers. I think she knew what I was looking for before I did! All of her contacts including the inspector and the title company were also amazing to work with. As a first time home buyer I can not recommend working with Trish enough. Next time I buy in Utah I will definitely be using Trish!

ZillowVERIFIED Trish was always knowledgeable about the homes before we got there. And she always had plenty lined up for me to go see. Also, if there was a different home that popped up or I would see one during our house hunting, she was flexible enough to allow a change of plans and make a quick phone call or email and we would go and visit a different home instead. Finally, I should point out that she would always give an honest recommendation on the home, on how much work that I would need to put into it. In other words she wasnt just looking for the sale, but making sure that I would buy the house that best fit my needs without any pressure and thats something you dont find very much these days. Trish is very easy to work with and very professional. Normally, I hate looking for homes. This was not difficult at all.

ZillowVERIFIED Miss Thompson was our realtor when my wife and were moving from Albuquerque NM to Ogden UT. Due to circumstances the process took almost 3 years. We would call her from NM with a list of homes and she would take her phone and provide us with a personal video tour of the property. The did this repeatedly between additional house hunting trips to UT. I'm certain that we viewed a hundred plus properties and Miss Thompson never faltered. She was always happy to assist us in any way she could. Miss Thompson is no longer just our realtor, she has become part of the family. We don't know what we would have done without her. ZillowVERIFIED Trish was very professional and gave me great advice when it came to making offers according to the market climate. I made an offer on a house and went back and forth with the sellers. Eventually I walked away from the deal. After looking at a number of other houses I decided that I wanted to go back and accept the previous sellers counter offer but by that time they had another offer higher than mine. They went under contract and I continued looking for another house. For some reason their deal fell through with the other buyer. I wanted to make a higher offer to make sure I got the house but Trish discouraged me, advising that she thought if we made the same offer the sellers would accept just so they could be done with it. She was right and I got a great deal on the house.

She wasn't pushy and would answer all of our questions even if it was something that came up after the fact. I originally found Trish by requesting information on a listing on Zillow and Trish responded to me within 30 minutes. The request for information was sent to two other Agents, but she was the only one to get back to me.She talked with me, and more importantly she listened to what I was looking for in a home and got started sending me listings the very same afternoon. ZillowVERIFIED Trisha was tasked with finding a home for my family with a very short time frame(Two weeks to find and secure) with very specific needs. One would think finding a home in an area which allows dogs would be easy. Wrong not in Utah. In almost every county in Utah a strict limit of no more than three pets are allowed. Trisha had to research each county for possible exceptions. Trisha worked through serious illness which would sideline most. To further complicate things there was a four hour time difference between us. She would return calls very late in the evening Utah time, to ensure the properties which became available were put into order or eliminated so the next day she could check them out to see if the home were acceptable. When it came to negotiating the price and terms of the property we finally settled on we were shocked at not only the price we were able to get it for but all of the items she was able to get thrown into the deal.Trisha has a team that she works with that are just outstanding. We started out working with a loan company of our own choosing. At the last minute just days before leaving to Utah the Mortgage we were working with pulled out leaving us stranded. Trisha to the rescue, she suggested using a Mortgage she uses as part of her team. Her team was able to complete the entire loan process in just three short weeks, This purchase and move very easily could have been a disaster many times, but Trisha made it happen. Without Trisha and her team there is no way the move and purchase would have happened. She is the best.

We had to do some repairs before we could list the house and Trisha was very helpful by giving me suggestions and ideas to make the house more marketable. Once the house was ready Trisha, on her own initiative, did some things inside the house to stage it and make it more appealing. The "For Sale" sign was barely up and we started getting calls to look at it. The house sold in less than a week and I give Trisha all the credit for getting it sold so fast. And we sold it for more than we expected to get for it! Trisha worked tirelessly and with enthusiasm.
