ZillowVERIFIEDI had the opportunity to work with realtor Tiffany Griffin. What a great experience I had with Tiffany. I really felt like she was working for me, and working hard. She had a great eye for inexpensive improvements that made my place look great. She was also excellent at explaining the whole process and all those little things that I never would have noticed or understood, especially going over the home inspection report and crafting a counter offer that made me thousands more than I would have gotten without her involved. She also has fantastic contacts and referred me to some excellent contractors who gave me great deals on getting a few things fixed. She saved me an average of 35-50% on the contractor work. I am so appreciative. Top to bottom she is an awesome realtor and advocate. I really appreciate and feel blessed at the chance to work with her. Would not even consider working with someone else whether I was buying or selling. She has a customer and a fan for life!

ZillowVERIFIED The home buying experience is one filled with complexities, opportunities to lose or win, and usually tons of fear, stress, and sometime regret. My wife Brooke and I were first time home buyers trying to do the impossible; get an exceptional deal in a desirable neighborhood in the Arizona 2020 housing market! Although our path was filled with difficulties, the weights of those were not felt by my family. Tiffany is like a realtor angel, sent from the highest ranks of heaven and gifted with the killer instinct of a deal driven shark! Boy does she know how to work a deal! We can not sing her praises enough! Whatever we needed, last minute showings, late night offers, counters, more showings, and most of all patience, she gave that to us two very undereducated homebuyers. We would come home to surprise gifts from her and her team, encouraging and heart lifting texts during and even after the fact, and we were always overwhelmed with her hopeful and charismatic attitude!! She is the whole 9 yards! She's the best at what she does and she will make the experience like nothing you could imagine in your wildest dreams! Tiffany and her team are TRULY like none other and we think everyone should be able to experience buying a home with her. You will thank us later when you get a better deal, have less stress, and end up making a crucial and wonderful friend in the housing business.

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany is easy going and rolls with my indecisive craziness. We moved from Colorado and was unsure where exactly we wanted to live, shes very knowledgeable in the entire phoenix area with every area I was questioning. We ended up moving into the Anthem, Az area and she made sure we were aware that a certain areas had higher HOAs and higher water bills. Now, we are able to say our realtor made sure we knew the extra expenses of living on the other side.

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany was AMAZING! Of all the uncertainties in buying working with her was not one. I cannot recommend Tiffany enough. She heard our concerns and would not let the seller back off from making necessary repairs before we closed.

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany saved the purchase of my condo by personally finding someone to underwrite the loan after the initial financing fell through. Very knowledgeable and truthful. She is only realtor I would ever use again. Highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany is very professional, great communicator, and fun to be around. She is very experienced. She spent time with me and my wife and determined exactly what we were looking for. As a result, she only took us to places that were real possibilities for our new home. When we purchased our home, and pretty much thought the deal was done, Tiffany said "let me make one more call". With that, she was able to shave another $10K off the sale price!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I bought our first home with Tiffany and we have nothing but amazing things to say about her. She was always prompt, professional, very knowledgeable, and extremely personable. It was also a plus that she was very funny! We loved working with her and really appreciated her honestly, how she genuinely cared about us as people, and we really loved how thorough she was throughout our entire home buying process. We will definitely use her in the future for our next home buying experience. I cant imagine using anyone else after our amazing experience with Tiffany!

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany is a wonderful person and a competent realtor to have on your team. When it comes to real estate agents, they're a dime a dozen. The difference amongst them, however, is the level of personal attention they give to their clients' needs and wishes, which can sometimes be two different things. Tiffany addressed our situation as if it was the most important item on her agenda. That's a good feeling to have when you know there are other clients clamoring for that same attention. I would recommend Tiffany to prospective buyers without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany Griffin worked with me to sell my existing home and purchase a new one. Having her handle both transactions made things less stressful and saved me money. She and her assistant did a very good job keeping me informed about every step of the process. My questions were answered promptly and I felt that the advice and options I was presented with had my best interests in mind. When repairs were needed to my old home and I decided on some upgrades to the new place, Tiffany recommended a few contractors that I was very happy with both in terms of price and quality. I would not hesitate to contact her for a future real estate transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany sold our house in Tempe, AZ on day ONE of the listing, in May 2018, at the price that we wanted. The reasons for this lightning fast transaction was her preparation for the two weeks leading to the sale. Tiffany is a diligent professional, responsible, personal and quick executor. As we were signing our service agreement agreement, her team and she went to work, preparing all the online profile. The "coming soon" campaign was effective to introduce the house to all early reviewers and potential seekers/buyers. She advised us how to clean and prepare the house for sale. Her staging was simple, classy, economical yet effective. Our (house's) online profile, especially the walk-though video was informative and well done. Being a remote owner, having her service was invaluable. She is also fun to work with, and highly highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany was great! As out of town buyers we knew what we wanted but not exactly where. Tiffany listened to us and knew exactly where we should be! She sorted through all the listings for us and never wasted our time. She didn't just send us a bunch of listings trying to get us to buy something, she was patient and only sent what she knew we would like, what was a good price, and in the area she knew we would love! She found us the perfect condo in an area we love and contacted the seller agent before it actually listed to get our offer in first! Thanks Tiffany for getting exactly what we wanted, using our time wisely, and getting our offer in quickly!

ZillowVERIFIED I was ready to purchase a home and knew nothing about the process. Tiffany was very professional and kept the number of places to look at down to a minimum for each visit. She had a schedule and was very knowledgeable about each residence. At one point during the process I needed to take a break and she was very helpful in helping me feel that it was okay to do so. She wasn't pushy or in any way tried to put me into a higher price point than I felt comfortable. She was very relaxed and I enjoyed my experience with her thoroughly. I am grateful I met her and all of the help through the entire process felt comforting with her by my side.

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany was very helpful in helping us find the condominium that fit our requirements. ZillowVERIFIED First time home buyer - Tiffany was so wonderful explaining and answering all my (silly) questions. I had contacted Tiffany 2+ years ago, to find a home, life got in the way, but she was diligent! She was present in all steps; from inspection to final signing. Tiffany has established great contacts with inspector, financial, and escrow officer. Felt very comfortable through the whole process!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer I was very nervous about the whole process but could not have been luckier to have Tiffany as our agent. We spent over 4 months looking for the right home in our budget and Tiffany was very patient with us and always gave her honest opinion. I felt as if I was home shopping with a friend who always had our best interest in mind. Once we found "the one" she was very thorough during the closing process and really went to bat for us making sure we got everything we wanted (within reason of course).
