Alex & the Legend team made our sale a priority. We provided an aggressive timeline and they rose to the challenge and helped us close in under 4 weeks. Alex was great to work with, very responsive and helpful with all our needs. We are glad we contacted with Legends for the sale of our home and would recommend them over and over again!

Alex did an amazing job helping us buy our home. He made himself available that same day that we asked to go look at a home. He always answered all of our questions, explained everything in a way that was easy understanding and made our buying experience enjoyable and pleasant. His advice and support through closing was invaluable. Very professional and I highly recommend him for all your needs ?? We could not have done it without him.

We interviewed many realtors, trying to find the right one to represent us in the selling of our Fresno home. There were others, but Alex Diordyuk was our first choice, and for good reason. The more I was around Alex, the more I was convinced that he was who we wanted representing us. Alex is kind, honest and passionate about Real Estate, and very easy to talk with. Throughout the entire process, Alex always made himself available. Alex's knowledge and expertise came to the forefront on numerous occasions. We sold our home, and Alex was there 'til the end. If you are looking for someone to represent you to sell or buy, I highly recommend Alex Diordyuk; you won't be disappointed.

This is our second transaction with Alex Dior(dyuk). First time was for a purchase of a property. This time was the sale of another property. He is AMAZING. Excellent communicator. Always available. Answers any question you have, and if he doesn't know will go get the answer for you. Priced our house so perfectly that we had several offers the first weekend it was on market, and were in contract by the end. He is the kind of agent that I would follow and use no matter which agency he is with. We 100% would recommend him to anyone who needs an agent.
