ZillowVERIFIED At first we wanted to try and list our home FSBO, just to see what would happen - totally out of my comfort zone, but heck, its a sellers market, right? . Paul saw this listing and promptly (but kindly) messaged us and agreed that this decision could very well be a lucrative one, and assured us that he supported us in our decision, but would love to share more details about our property in the event we changed our minds. I welcomed his presentation. And in doing so, he offered professional photography, home maintenance services, all kinds of other things i probably didnt take advantage of, or even realize would be helpful, and FREE use of his readily available box truck. Honestly, his professionalism, integrity, hard work, and kindness reinforced our decision to have him list our home for us - well before our aEURoetwo week FSBO trialaEUR? ended. It actually felt like a weight was lifted. Of course, our little home showed almost 20 times in three days and was sold before the week was over. We closed in the comfort of our own home too! How easy was that?! I cant say thank you enough for such amazing service, and will continue to recommend Paul to anyone looking. We hit the jackpot in finding the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Selling a house is hard and even harder when you are going through a divorce and the other party nearly dies. The easiest part of this was having Paul as a realtor. He was with us every step of the way. He went to bat for us when we had to make dramatic changes and then the wait. There was over a two month lag as the other party recovered. Paul was there, helping to ensure us that we would be OK and even providing us with other vendors to ensure we got services to get the house together. I know that there was a reason that Paul was our realtor, because he truly cares for his clients and not just for the commission. He cares for you and how you are going to fair during and after the sale. He is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Paul was very knowledgable in helping me sell my home. I lived 2hours away and I thought the process was going to be difficult with me not being able to be there the majority of the time. He made everything very easy for me and contacted me back in a timely fashion through emails, texts, and calls. I had tons of questions for him and he almost always had the answer and if he didnt he would find out and get back to me. The selling of my home was not easy because of the repairs that needed to be made after our inspection. Paul was able to contact multiple companies for me to obtain estimates and find companies that could do the estimates quickly as we were under contract and had to make repairs in a timely fashion. I was able to sign documents via email and that was very convenient for me. He also was able to find me inexpensive landscapers to take care of my property when I was out of town. He pretty much made the entire process as easy as possible for me. We just closed the sale this week and when there some bumps in the road Paul was able to contact people to fix problems and last but not least we sold the home in the price range I was hoping for. I would definitely recommend Paul to anyone that is interested in buying or selling their home!! At the very least I would talk to him and see what he has to say. He's a straight shooter and when he met with me he came prepared with the paperwork to help explain what I could expect from him if i hired him.
