When we decided to sell our home we use Shawn based on a friends recommendation. It turned out to be a great one. Shawn's clients consist of sellers or buyers which gives her an expert perspective of the real estate marketplace. She knows the marketplace expectations and what's important to buyers looking to purchase a home. The first thing Shawn did was to come to our home and do a room by room walk through with us and give honest feedback on what we could do to get our home ready to bring to market. She next did a market analysis on pricing and gave us a range with price points and the implications to us of those price point. We were then able to make an informed decision on pricing that met our needs and expectations. The house went to market on a Saturday, we had an offer the following Tuesday and after a little negotiation a signed contract on Friday. The house closed 45 days later. Shawn's knowledge, insight and experience enabled us to prepare and price our home to best meet market and buyers expectations along with ours. Shawn's an experience professional in the real-estate market, best of all she's also a nice person with a quick wit and great sense of humor which helped us through what is a very stressful process. We would recommend Shawn for any real estate needs.
