We were ready to compromise on several houses and she convinced us to hang in there because the right house was going to come along. You just dont find people like this in real estate these days and we feel fortunate we found Shawn. From her first review of my condo, to help me de-clutter and prep for selling it, to the final review, photos and getting it on the market, she was the consummate professional. It sold in less than 2 days. She had good people working with her to photograph and provide estimates. She even credited back money to me that we didn't catch during the negotiations about a "Caplital Improvement" that was included in the HOA paperwork. She was honest and ethical throughout the deal.When it came time to purchase a new home, Shawn was straight-forward, helpful, understanding, and tolerant of all the emotions that elicited. She protected me from properties that would not be a good fit and ultimately found me the perfect home in a GREAT location. ZillowVERIFIED Shawn called me and said she found the perfect flip. I relied 100% on her expertise and advise. She represented both the seller and myself. I wasnt comfortable with the purchase price and she told me numerous times not to worry that i would make it all on the back end when we sold. She told me numerious times that buyers are looking for homes that are rehabbed and done. She said buyers do not want to buy a house and do the rehab. All buyers were looking for a clean finished products. The property was purchased and rehabbed. Looked gorgeous! She said that once it was finished it would be under contract ASAP. Its now been over 5 months and after numerous price drops its finally under contract. Thats not the worst part. Because I'm actually losing over $25k she and her expartner agreed not to take any commission. Her expartner kept her word, Shawn did not. She lied from the start just so i could buy the property and she could make money on both sides. She should not be allowed to sell real estate. She makes the Remax Platinum Living Group look horrible.

ZillowVERIFIED When we decided to sell our home we use Shawn based on a friends recommendation. It turned out to be a great one. Shawn's clients consist of sellers or buyers which gives her an expert perspective of the real estate marketplace. She knows the marketplace expectations and what's important to buyers looking to purchase a home. The first thing Shawn did was to come to our home and do a room by room walk through with us and give honest feedback on what we could do to get our home ready to bring to market. She next did a market analysis on pricing and gave us a range with price points and the implications to us of those price point. We were then able to make an informed decision on pricing that met our needs and expectations. The house went to market on a Saturday, we had an offer the following Tuesday and after a little negotiation a signed contract on Friday. The house closed 45 days later. Shawn's knowledge, insight and experience enabled us to prepare and price our home to best meet market and buyers expectations along with ours. Shawn's an experience professional in the real-estate market, best of all she's also a nice person with a quick wit and great sense of humor which helped us through what is a very stressful process. We would recommend Shawn for any real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot recommend Shawn enough, she was extremely helpful to me a few years ago and have recommended her to several people and will use her again when the need arises. She is extremely understanding and responsive to her clients needs and wishes. It took longer than I expected when purchasing the town house for my daughter because we were looking at short sales properties at the time and there was a bidding war on the properties. But we were successful in the end and were able to purchase the best one available.
