I am totally new to the Melbourne, Florida area. I was torn between living in the new, planned developments inland and buying a place beach-side. After meeting with me a few times and having numerous conversations about my personality and lifestyle, Anya worked with me to put together a great 3-day house-hunting trip before my final move to the area. In those 3 days, we toured a wide range of homes in both situations: new builds inland and existing homes on the island. Even though I was fairly positive I wanted to live on the island, Anya was very patient and accommodating of my desires to see homes in both locations. I ultimately decided to live beach-side and couldnt be happier. Even after closing, Anya has helped me get a lay of the land and has repeatedly followed-up with my progress on homeownership. This was my first home purchase and it is very comforting to have a real estate agent that is so responsive and knowledgeable about the area. I would suggest her to all my friends!

Anya was very professional, and I immediately felt comfortable working with her upon our first meeting. She made everything clear about what I needed to do to get the house ready for sale, and those steps I took really paid off! The buyers ended up being the first couple who viewed the house the first day it was listed. Anya used an excellent photographer, who took great photos of the house and had the listing up within a few hours of the photo shoot. She was also very approachable and super responsive - any time I had a question, no matter how basic it may have been, Anya either answered her phone right away or got back to me quickly and was happy to give me a thorough answer. Overall, she was very easy to work with, professional, friendly, and always made me feel confident that I was working with the right person. Thanks so much for everything, Anya!
