I first sent an email to Bill at about 10pm on a weeknight asking if he could help my wife and I with our house search. I expected a reply the next day, but Bill responded within minutes. This level of responsiveness continued throughout the process.Bill was very receptive to our must haves and our wants, and even remembered little details we had briefly mentioned. As an example, we told Bill a story about our last purchase and how we didn't want a "hallway with doors" (traditional ranch). After what seemed like a couple dozen houses, Bill jokingly sent us a picture of a hallway with doors - of all of his clients, he remembered that little detail about us!Disclaimer, I work in the mortgage industry, so I am very familiar with the home buying process already. However, Bill was able to negotiate things into the contract I would never have thought about and was very helpful with the things I don't normally handle.I would recommend Bill to anyone, regardless of how many homes you have purchased. His knowledge of the industry and the area helped us find the perfect home for us.
