ZillowVERIFIED I don't even know where to start, if you know Bill or have ever had the pleasure to work with him then you don't need an explanation of the 5 star because you already know his worth. If you haven't worked with Bill, then stop looking he is your realtor! He is kind, compassionate, diligent, responsive, and determined to HELP you sell you home. I didn't realize the difference the word "help" makes in that sentence until I worked with Bill. He is there for you each step of the way, to guide you and help you take home buying "one bite of the elephant at a time" For someone who suffers from a chronic medical condition this was priceless!

I received his contact information from my previous realtor in Fort Walton Beach, Paul Domenech, and from the start Bill was professional and eager to work with me. My situation was unique in that I was looking for a home but was not in Charleston yet. Bill took the time to set up my account so I could see the homes on the market and filtered it to where I was only seeing the types of homes I was interested in. He went out of his way to set up open houses and was extremely thorough in facetime showings with me. He was also honest about any questions I had on properties. We were aggressive where we needed to be in terms of offers and negotiations and we ended up finding a house and snagging it at the right time. Bill wasted no time when I arrived in Charleston to show me the house and ensured I was taken care of every step of the way. He was very descriptive and timely in every interaction we had. I would absolutely recommend Bill to anyone looking to buy a home in the Charleston area.

ZillowVERIFIED I first sent an email to Bill at about 10pm on a weeknight asking if he could help my wife and I with our house search. I expected a reply the next day, but Bill responded within minutes. This level of responsiveness continued throughout the process.Bill was very receptive to our must haves and our wants, and even remembered little details we had briefly mentioned. As an example, we told Bill a story about our last purchase and how we didn't want a "hallway with doors" (traditional ranch). After what seemed like a couple dozen houses, Bill jokingly sent us a picture of a hallway with doors - of all of his clients, he remembered that little detail about us!Disclaimer, I work in the mortgage industry, so I am very familiar with the home buying process already. However, Bill was able to negotiate things into the contract I would never have thought about and was very helpful with the things I don't normally handle.I would recommend Bill to anyone, regardless of how many homes you have purchased.
