I didn't hire an agent to sell our house, so I met Carter through the buyers, and I was impressed. He did a good job for them and helped make sure the process went smoothly. He wasn't afraid to get a little dirty (literally... He went under the house in the crawlspace when they came to look at the house for the first time).
