Carter did an absolutely phenomenal job with selling my home that was part of a high conflict divorce. Carter remained professional and positive during the painful process and was very kind the entire way! I seriously can't rave about him enough and don't think that I would have made it through without him! Thank you Carter for everything!

I cannot recommend Carter highly enough! From the moment I started my home-buying journey, he was nothing short of exceptional. Carter demonstrated incredible flexibility and a genuine commitment to finding the perfect home that met my needs. What truly stood out was his accommodating nature. Whether it was late-night calls or weekend viewings, Carter was always available and willing to go the extra mile. He took the time to understand my preferences and concerns, providing me with tailored options that aligned perfectly with my vision. Throughout the entire process, Carter maintained a positive attitude, making what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and enjoyable. His extensive knowledge of the market and negotiation skills were invaluable, ensuring I got the best deal possible. If you're looking for a real estate agent who is not only professional but also genuinely cares about his clients, look no further than Carter. I didn't hire an agent to sell our house, so I met Carter through the buyers, and I was impressed. He did a good job for them and helped make sure the process went smoothly. He wasn't afraid to get a little dirty (literally... He went under the house in the crawlspace when they came to look at the house for the first time). He was super responsive and was quick to get answers to questions from the buyers, and did a good job getting them a deal. If I were buying a house again, I'd absolutely talk to Carter.

If you want a realtor that will go completely out of their way to help you find the perfect home Carter Pettit, is the person to contact! I cannot say enough good things about Carter! He worked with us so well to get us into the home that was right for us. He would meet with us at late times and last minute to show us houses, answer questions, and work with our crazy schedules! Carter is so kind, very handy, and extremely knowledgeable! He worked so hard to help us and we have had the BEST experience with him! I seriously cannot recommend him enough! He would knock on houses and ask if people were selling their home to try and find us the right one! We loved working with him and will 1000% be working with him again in the future! If you are looking to buy or sell a home definitely contact him!
