Gretchen worked phenomenal for my wife and I. As 1st-time home buyers, she walked us through every step of the buying process, and fought and pushed back for us when necessary. She never put any pressure on us, and always gave us her honest opinion. She did her best to know and understand each area we were looking in.

Gretchen was fantastic to work with. She was patient with us, always took time to make sure we understood everything, and worked hard behind the scenes to make sure we got the best deal. Gretchen went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home for our family and even made our children feel like a part of the process. We are thankful to have worked with Gretchen and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home!

Gretchen was an absolute pleasure to work with to help us find our first home. She prioritized our must haves and our wishes in searching for the perfect home. Gretchen was very timely and always made sure we were up to date on progress during the entire home buying process. As first time home buyers, the process seemed overwhelming, but Gretchen kept us informed and answered all our questions. We are so grateful for all Gretchen did for us! She is truly the best!

Gretchen went above and beyond in helping us purchase our first home. The price was negotiated down into our budget range and we even got a seller's concession after the inspection process. We follow Dave Ramsey's financial principles and it was wonderful to have Gretchen in our corner. There's so may other opinions and pressures in the housing market right now and it was great to have Gretchen keep us focused on what we wanted and valued. We've begun our home ownership journey with absolute peace of mind and I'm so thankful for her help to get us there.

Gretchen was outstanding in helping us sell our home and purchase a new home! She negotiated so well for both buying and selling and we ended up with a lot more in our bank account than expected because of her! I cannot recommend her highly enough! If we ever need to purchase or sell a home again I will absolutely choose to work with Gretchen again!
