Kris and her team were amazing. We listed a home with her and they got us a really good offer which we accepted. During inspections there was damage found, which spooked the buyers, so we decided to rent the home instead of sell. Kris and her team know a lot of contractors in the area and she was able to get some quotes during escrow quickly which was a big help in keeping the deal together as long as possible. This should have gone down as a sale for her, we feel bad that things didn't work out, but I ABSOLUTELY recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in this area.
