Great experience working with Eric on our Maui house. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. What stood out most was that he never felt salesy or pushy. It just genuinely felt like he had our best interests at heart the entire time. We also loved that its a family business!!! There was a level of care, trust, and personal attention that made the whole process feel so much more comfortable. Were so grateful for Erics guidance and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in Maui!

Eric West and his team were pros. They helped us purchase a condo sight unseen on the west side of Maui. But even before that, we felt like he really understood us and took the time to guide us to the best property and projects for us. Thank you very much Eric and the team for assisting us with our new vacation home in Maui. We love it and wouldnt have been able to make it happen without you! Impressed with your local knowledge and responsiveness. Thank you!!!

Working with Team West was truly an outstanding ohana experience - each family member provided a vital role to the successful sale of our home in a tough market. From Erics creative and expansive marketing prowess, to Lisas impeccable taste in staging with her own decorative items, to Coltons imaginative photography, all working together as a collaborative effort showcased the highlights of our home in the most positive light. It was truly a pleasure to work with them given their attention to detail and thoroughness, as well as their responsiveness and constant communication. The entire sales process from start to finish was seamless. We highly recommend working with Team West!

It was calm and reliable and we thought he was the best choice to work with us on our buying process. We found it difficult to find a realtor in Maui that had a strong professional integrity but we found Eric to have the qualities we were looking for.

Outstanding Realtor aEUR" Highly Recommend Eric West! I had an exceptional experience working with Eric West to sell my property in Lahaina, Maui. Eric did a phenomenal job from start to finish! He accurately assessed the fair market value of my property, developed a competitive pricing strategy, and secured an offer in less than two weeks! This is particularly impressive in the current Maui real estate market, where many properties are sitting unsold for six months or longer. Eric also has a strong social media presence and does an excellent job marketing his listings to attract potential buyers. His professionalism, market knowledge, responsiveness, and dedication truly set him apart. Throughout the entire process, Eric was extremely supportive, guiding me through every step and ensuring a smooth closing. I honestly couldnt have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Eric West to anyone looking to buy or sell property in Maui. He truly delivers results and goes above and beyond for his clients. Thank you, Eric, for an outstanding job!
