ZillowVERIFIED We recently sold my deceased mother's condo through Eric. She had medical issues toward the end of her life and was a bit of a "hoarder". The condo was a mess. I wasn't even sure we'd be able to get an agent. Eric and his team assembled and handled everything. They removed everything from the condo, cleaned it, painted it, renovated and and sold it for top dollar within 45 days. That's just astonishing. On top of all of this, he handled the situation with respect, he never complained about the mess and was sensitive about what my family was going through. I just can't thank him and his team enough. I don't know how I got through that time, but Eric and his wonderful family were a big part of that. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!
