When we were looking for a real estate agent, we wanted someone who was knowledgeable and resilient. We wanted our agent to be great at multi-tasking, have lots of resources, and work fast yet efficient. After speaking to a few other agents, we decided on Joe and Becca. Joe and Becca went above and beyond our expectations. Our property was a family owned house. The house was the home of our late parents who had lived there for over 30 years. The emotional aspect just added to the stress. A very difficult project for any agent. Joe and Becca were extraordinary and true professionals. Their valuable experience, patience, and insight was key in working out the details. They stayed focused, and through many obstacles, were able to handle the transaction promptly and with finesse! I really liked the ?teamwork? concept that Joe and Becca have clearly perfected. When one was unavailable, the other was on call. I think ALL realtors should team up, because it absolutely is a better real estate experience. Joe and Becca informed us of the progress every step of the way and kept all of us informed on a regular basis. They are tenacious, reliable, and they got the job done in a timely manner! Joe and Becca are outstanding agents, and I would recommend them to anyone I know, which includes family and friends.

This was our first experience with the home buying process. We had no idea where to start and I actually stumbled upon Joe when looking at a property on Zillow, and I am so thankful I did! He walked us through the entire process, he is extremely knowledgable in anything and everything to do with finding your new home! He connected me with an amazing broker who also has been great to work with (who also speaks very highly of his history with Joe) He got to know our preferences and likes/dislikes and would send us home listings that matched. He is easy to talk to to. Communicates quickly and thoroughly! On the rare occasion I can be a tad impatient at times..and he is on the ball 24/7! Hes a busy guy but you could never guess that, he always responded immediately to me and all my (sometimes repetitive) questions. Very friendly. Very professional. He encouraged me when an offer we made fell through, and he makes you feel and treats you like family. We are taking a break from house hunting for the winter but come spring time we will be back at it and I couldnt imagine working with anyone else!! I do not have one negative thing to say about him!
