REAL BROKER

Had to sell my father's house since he moved to an Assisted Living Facility. Listed it in late October 2025 and everything was done by early December 2025.A Wanted a realtor who would be responsive and understood the market. I chose Andrew Monaghan from a strong recommendation from a friend of mine. Andrew did a very nice job for us. He had two solid offers very close to the listing price within 3 days of listing the property. He was a good negotiator and kept all parties "on the line" so that we didn't lose any of them during the entire sales and escrow process. It was definitely a balancing act, and required him to have good, trusting professional relationships with the other agents. Would advise any potential buyer or seller to use someone like Andrew who will follow through in a professional manner.

I worked with Katie Emmons to find my home. She was absolutely AMAZING! She was so professional, patient, kind & extremely knowledgeable. I had not been in my own home for 15 years, so this was a massive step for me. We looked at so many houses in 3 different communities! A couple of homes didnt work out; which led me to the perfect home that was meant to be & I was able to close on it recently! I moved in & I love my home so much & I love the community! I could not have asked for a better realtor to represent me! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Katie! Thank you to the Living Phoenix Team as well for your staff that was involved & for having such an AMAZING realtor in Katie Emmons that is part of your team. I'm forever grateful!

Andrew did a fantastic job with the sale of our home! He had answers for all of our questions and was very responsive to our needs. I recommend Andrew for all of your home purchacing or home selling needs.

I highly recommend Ashley Shafor as the best real estate agent in Flagstaff, Arizona for anyone wanting to sell a townhouse quickly and for top dollar. From our first meeting, Ashley demonstrated exceptional market knowledge providing a detailed comparative market analysis that helped price my town perfectly in a competitive market. Ashley handled everything professionally - stunning, professional, photography, strategic marketing across multiple platforms, and hosting an open house that attracted serious buyers. Communication was outstanding; she kept me updated every step of the way, negotiated expertly to get me a suitable offer, and made the entire selling process almost stress-free. Thanks to Ashley my townhome sold in a months time and I couldnt be happier with the process or outcome. If youre looking for a top realtor in the Flagstaff and surrounding area look no further - Ashley Shafor is simply the best!

Ashley is an amazing realtor and I highly recommend her. She went above and beyond to help us find the exact house we were looking for. She has extensive knowledge of the Flagstaff and surrounding area and many contacts in connections, for things that needed to be done prior to closing and post closing to the home. She is spectacular!
