Listed it in late October 2025 and everything was done by early December 2025.A Wanted a realtor who would be responsive and understood the market. I chose Andrew Monaghan from a strong recommendation from a friend of mine. Andrew did a very nice job for us. He had two solid offers very close to the listing price within 3 days of listing the property. He was a good negotiator and kept all parties "on the line" so that we didn't lose any of them during the entire sales and escrow process. It was definitely a balancing act, and required him to have good, trusting professional relationships with the other agents. Would advise any potential buyer or seller to use someone like Andrew who will follow through in a professional manner.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Monaghan was so very helpful and patient with me. He showed and walked me through a number of homes, each time pointing out the pros and cons of house type and location. He helped with a couple of contracts on three different homes that did not come to fruition because of a variety of problems brought out through the inspection process. At one point I perceived a lack of interest on his part and made it known in writing. He made and helped me realize my error in a calm and tempered way. During the closing, I believed an error was made in the accounting tally. He had the correct information available and showed me the contract clause that I had forgotten. It was a curious and memorable business relationship tempered by quite divergent Irish backgrounds.

With my husbands job, we have moved numerous times and we have never had better A+ service. When they sold our home, they treated it as if it was the only home they had in the market going above and beyond our expectations. There was never a phone call or text that they did not handle within a few hours. When purchasing homes, we lived out of state.
