It's a different time. This pandemic has definitely changed the real estate game. I still remember the first time we recognized his brand - through an open house, neighborhood flyer, and a friendly gift wrapping paper every Christmas. As a resident of the Villages of Irvine for five years, we were always on a lookout for a future agent and his marketing skills definitely caught our eyes. Chris's work is definitely on a much different level. For us, communication was always key in building trust. Chris was always reachable, responsive, and efficient. Best of it all, he was always considerate of our time and of course punctual. We interviewed several agents along with their references. We were impressed by his working style and approach. He's always a step ahead of the game. In short, we got an offer literally 4 hours after our first set of showing. You want to work with someone that is surrounded by an A team and the best in the business. If you are in the area and looking to sell, he is definitely the agent to choose. His numbers speaks for itself. We will not hesitate to refer him to our family and friends....and of course, we will definitely use his skills to sell and buy our next set of homes again.

Chris was great in every way imaginable. We were first time home buyers and he assisted us in every aspect possible. We had an open line of communication and Chris answered all the questions we had, that being thousands and was always informative. Chris learned more and more from us and would provide options based on our desires. He would strategically plan open house viewings and get us in on all properties we desired around our schedules. When looking at the properties, he provided great input with pros and cons to the houses based on our desires and general goods/bads of the houses. Chris is very knowledgable in real estate and when it came to the offer would know the areas and comps to put in competitive, yet fair, offers. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience to work with Chris and I would recommend highly to anyone looking for an agent.
