ZillowVERIFIEDWhat stood out most was how invested he was in getting it right for us aEUR" not just closing a deal. He gave us practical advice on handling the purchase itself, what repairs to negotiate, and what red flags to watch for before we signed anything. He also helped us push through a few rough patches during the process, and he genuinely factored in where we saw ourselves as a family down the road when helping us think things through. On top of that, his network in Orange County is next level. Because of his connections, we were able to tour the home right when it hit the market aEUR" timing that ended up being the reason we landed it. Anytime we reached out, day or night, he was there. Even after we closed, he followed up just to see how we were doing in the new place aEUR" something we didn't expect but really appreciated. Looking back, it's clear Chris is the kind of agent you hope to find: knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in his clients. Simply put, he's amazing at what he does.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris has helped us buy and sell three homes, and weve continued to choose him because of the trust weve built and his deep knowledge of the Irvine market. He brings a strategic perspective to every step of the process, from pricing and positioning to navigating offers and negotiations. He communicates consistently, keeps us informed, and is never afraid to tell us when the market is signaling that we need to adjust our approach. Weve always appreciated that he gives us honest advice rather than simply telling us what we want to hear. Real estate transactions can come with plenty of stressful moments, and Chris has always been a steady presence who helps us stay focused and make informed decisions. After working with him across three homes, we wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying or selling in Irvine or Orange County.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had an incredibly positive experience buying a home with Chris. Throughout the entire process, Chris always made himself available to us and was very timely responding to our texts and emails. It always felt like Chris had our best interests in mind, and his guidance helped us stay focused on the bigger picture and what was best for our family. We came across some challenges and difficult decisions along the journey, but Chris's expertise put us in a position to get exactly what we wanted at the end of the day. We would not have ended up with our house without him. Chris and his team also did a great job navigating an escrow and closing with a challenging listing party, keeping things moving with a positive attitude and compensating for their lack of effort by going the extra mile. He is extremely professional, and we never had any doubts about everything being handled properly on our side. We honestly will miss working with Chris despite the stress of buying a house. We would definitely recommend him as both a buyer's and seller's agent to our friends and family!

ZillowVERIFIED Chris did a wonderful job navigating us through the selling process, even as we were in another state. Keeping us informed about open houses, forwarding communication from potential buyers, and being available to answer any of our questions were just some of Chris's professional qualities that made selling my mom's house a much easier process. Chris is easy to work with, and we highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris and his team are fantastic. We connected with him during a very stressful time - our house had been sitting on the market for several months due to high rates and an influx of inventory which threatened our plans for a cross-country move before the new school year. Very quickly into our first phone call with Chris, we knew we wanted him to take over the sale of our home. He demonstrated a wealth of knowledge, professionalism and responsiveness right off the bat. We knew that by going with him, even if we weren't able to sell due to market conditions, we would be giving it our best shot. Ultimately, our decision paid off as we received an offer we accepted just weeks later! Beyond his real estate industry knowledge, Chris excels at making fun and creative social media posts that drive views/interest in his listings. Also, he is just a good person. We are SO thankful for Chris and his team. They took so much stress and anxiety out of the process and ultimately made it possible for us to move within our rigid timeline. We have been recommending Chris to all of our friends and family and will certainly reach out to him again should we ever seek to return to California.

ZillowVERIFIED I would like to put my sincere gratitude for all the help and advise that I got from Mr Chris Kwon and his team, while selling my home at Irvine , May 2025. I loved the structured and planned way by which Chris and his team performs. Always within reach for any communication, answering my tonnes of questions , claifying douts , clearing challenges - for all these , I found Chris and his team to be trustable partners in selling my home. Chris and his team have a very deep knowledge of the Real Estate market for Irvine and its adjoining areas , and that knowledge helped me much - from , pricing strategy to staging strategy to showing strategy and ultimately negotiation strategy. Their expertise helped me sell my home in the "buyers" market that I found myself in. So I can say Chris and his team navigated the most challenging market conditions prevailing at the time to have my home sold. I cannot recommend enough Chris and his team to anyone needing to buy or sell home. Wish Chris and his team all the best and all the success !

ZillowVERIFIED We met Chris's team at an open house, and loved how professional they were. We looked them up ourselves on the internet and saw the glowing reviews and decided to use their service to sell our home. It was the best decision!! Everything was super organized and extremely professional, and most importantly, we were able to get well above asking price in a very short amount of time. We felt like we were selling a mansion in the way the team treated our listing. We also ended up buying a house with them, and it was the same, smooth experience. They were attentive to the smallest detail and until the very end of the transaction. Thank you Chris and your team!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently worked with Chris and his team to rent out our home in Irvine, CA. We had spoken to Chris before when we had initially bought our home and wanted to go with a realtor that understood the Irvine market. Chris is laid back, but don't mistaken that for not being effective. Chris was very communicative and provided necessary guidance by setting reasonable expectations. Although he is busy, he was always able to take calls and take questions. He worked quickly in prepping our home for showings and was able to field applicants quickly and timely. We were able to get tenants screened and signed within 3 weeks of posting the unit for rent. It was a pleasure working with Chris and the Kwon Home Group!

ZillowVERIFIED We initially had planned to talk to 3 agents before deciding who would be selling our home. Chris was the first agent we spoke with and decided we did not need to look any further. We were not local and needed to work with someone we can trust. Chris checked all of the boxes of our must haves in an agent. He listened and guided us from beginning to end with his expertise & knowledge of the market. He also added some creativity with the video he made of our property which we loved! We highly recommend Chris and the Kwon Home Group 100%!

ZillowVERIFIED After fifty years in our home, we made the decision to relocate closer to our family out of state. To say it was a difficult and emotional time is an understatement. Chris was kind, understanding, and supportive as he walked us through every step of the process of selling our house. Once the house was listed, it was a whirlwind of activity. Chris and his associate, Lexi, were always available and responsive to answer any questions we had. The house sold in just four days for over the asking price. Chris then continued to gently guide us through the closing process, which at times seemed daunting. We will be singing the praises of Chris, Lexi, and Kwon Home Group for a very long time.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris did an absolutely wonderful job in helping us find our "dream" home in Tustin. ZillowVERIFIED Chris and his team did a great job helping us find a senior-community apartment. It took a while and quite a few tries, but Chris was very patient and calm the whole time. He never pressures us to put in an offer we were not comfortable with. This is the second home he purchased for us and I can't say enough about his trustworthiness. You can always count on him putting his clients needs above everything else. He's also very detail oriented in the whole process. Both properties closed without any hiccups.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris and Lexi on the sale of my existing home and the purchase of a new one. This was my second time working with Chris, who helped me sell and buy a home back in 2016. Being a returning customer speaks volumes and I could end my review here, but that would be unfair to Chris and his team who provided an exemplary level of service and dedication. Chris has always demonstrated a deep understanding of the real estate market. His industry knowledge and keen awareness of current trends and property values is exactly why I reached out to Chris with the idea to use the equity that had built up in my current home to aEURoetrade upaEUR? into something closer to the beach. I wanted his opinion, not only because of his knowledge and expertise, but because I trust Chris and his guidance unequivocally. In the sale of my home, Chris and Lexi showcased their expertise in marketing and negotiation. I particularly appreciated that feedback about my home and interest level of potential buyers was provided after every open house and private showing. When it came down to negotiation, Chris guidance ensured that my transaction was fair and that I was not taken advantage of by pushy seller requests. On the buying side, Chris exhibited a keen eye for detail, helping me identify properties that met my very specific criteria. Chris went the extra mile in coordinating inspections, facilitating paperwork, and even offering valuable advice on property maintenance and renovations. It is evident that Chris cares deeply about his clients satisfaction and works tirelessly to ensure they have a positive experience. Chris and Lexi both possess exceptional communication skills. They were always accessible, promptly responding to calls and emails, and keeping me well-informed at every stage of the buying and selling process. This constant communication not only provided me with peace of mind but also demonstrated their dedication to transparency and client satisfaction. What truly stood out, however, was Chris and Lexis unwavering commitment to going above and beyond in meeting my specific needs. I cannot thank them enough for all they did for me, my mom, and my dogs to ensure that the entire process was as easy and stress-free as possible. I wholeheartedly recommend Chris Kwon and his team to anyone seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and personable real estate agent. Working with Chris is never just a transaction; it is an experience marked by professionalism, integrity, and a true commitment to exceeding client expectations. Chris is an absolute gem in the real estate industry.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently hired Chris Kwon as my real estate broker, and I cannot praise him enough for his exceptional service and outstanding results. Chris went above and beyond to sell my home, despite the challenges we faced regarding price, street noise, and the lack of comparable properties in the area. Right from the start, Chris demonstrated his expertise and professionalism. He carefully listened to my concerns and understood the unique difficulties associated with my listing and remained composed and found innovative solutions for each challenge. One of the most remarkable aspects of working with Chris was his determination to achieve the best possible outcome. Despite the lack of supporting comps, Chris never wavered in his commitment to selling my home at full price. Throughout the entire process, Chris maintained excellent communication. He promptly addressed any questions or concerns I had and provided regular updates on the progress of the sale. Chris's dedication and hard work truly paid off. Thanks to his strategic approach and unwavering commitment, my home sold at full price. I cannot express enough gratitude for his efforts and the outstanding results he achieved. Chriss ability to navigate challenges with grace and find innovative solutions sets him apart from others in the industry. I highly recommend Chris for all your real estate needs. ZillowVERIFIED Chris was so great to work with! Him and his wife Ann went above and beyond me and my husbands expectations with purchasing our first home! I worked with Chris about 3 years ago from a family friend referral when trying to buy my own home. I put a couple offers in but got beat by several other offers. This time around I was nervous to get back in the housing market again, but felt hopeful with my now husband and with Chris guidance. After reaching out to Chris, he gave us recommendations on loan officers he usually works with and advised we get preapproved before touring homes. After reaching out to two of them and a big bank for comparison, we got preapproved with the best rate through one of Chris recommendations. Chris was prompt on asking our wish list, must-haves, and dealbreakers. My husband and I knew we wanted to be in OC, preferably near the coast. Chris gave us a few listings and we also shared with him homes from our own search. During home tours, Chris and Ann gave us insightful advice on neighborhoods and home conditions. While touring a few homes, my husband and I fell in love with a home that Chris and Ann were able to schedule a viewing the day-of, and ended up putting an offer on that property. Chris was so great communicating with us, the sellers agent, and our loan officer. He got all the documents that needed to be reviewed and signed via Docusign, which made it super easy with our busy schedules. Chris quick updates and emails helped us get our first offer accepted and with sellers credit towards rate buy down! Chris was quick to help us schedule general, plumbing, and termite inspections, walkthroughs, and sent updated reports to the sellers agent. After all that we closed in a little over 2 weeks and even got credit for the repairs needed after inspection! There arent enough words to express how thankful my husband and I are to Chris and Ann. They both put in 110% to get us into our first home as a married couple and were beyond grateful! Would highly recommend Chris and Kwon Home Group to anyone looking to purchase a home! Id give 10 stars if I could :D

ZillowVERIFIED We recently moved from Northern California to Orange County. Chris was recommended to us by a friend. From day one he was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable about the area and spoke in great detail with us to get a feel of what we were looking for. We already had an idea on the house we liked and he began working with the other realtor immediately to start the process. ZillowVERIFIED Chris helped me and my wife buy a house in July, 2022. Chris was very knowledgeable about OC and was very helpful for my family to narrow down to a few cities in OC that met our most important criteria. This was very important for us because we moved from NorCal. Chris knows the process very well so we didnt have to worry too much outside picking out the house we liked. He recommended mortgage people and contractors of all kinds. What my wife and I really liked about Chris was his objectivity. He never tried to push us in any direction. He always just laid out the facts and stated his opinions in a neutral way. Hes not one of the those agents that would respond to you in a few minutes at any time, but to us its OK because not everything text we sent needed instant response. But when its crunch time, hes very responsive. During negotiations, Chris also generally stayed very neutral and never pushed us to go higher and higher. He always told us what he thought a fair price would be. Often times, he thought the asking price was a little high. To me, thats a sign of an honest buyers agent in a hot market like the OC. Overall, my wife and I are very pleased with Chris and would refer him to our friends in a heart beat.

ZillowVERIFIED It was an absolute pleasure to work with Chris Kwon when searching for our first family home. From the start, Chris took the time to become acquainted with our family and listen and understand what we envisioned out of our dream home. He also spent time helping us understand the different home buying options available, and ensured that our preferences would be well-represented in any options we considered. As we began visiting open houses and setting up tours, Chris accompanied us to answer any questions, and provided advice and options to making the best offer for a home purchase. His expertise was well-versed and clearly displayed his knowledge in the Orange County housing market. When searching during a highly-competitive housing market timeframe, Chris offered strategies during the offer proposal process that ensured we were portrayed as serious buyers with a strong offer, and differentiated ourselves from similar interested parties. He was able to quickly pivot, when needed, and provide alternative methods to submit the best available offer. Chris was able to navigate many different situations that came about during the search and offered honest advice to keep the process moving forward to ensure we stayed on track in terms of our timeline and budget. Chris and his entire team were fantastic in communication and attention to detail throughout our search. In the end, we found the house that brought our dream home vision to life; the perfect place to start a family. We highly recommend to work with Chris Kwon when searching for your next place to live.

Chris and his team are very dedicated, punctual, and knowledgeable in their trade. He met us at every open house he could, bringing along insightful comments and advice that guided us towards OUR right choice. For our specific situation, we were looking for a little fixer-upper, given the harsh 2022 market; for us, he saw the space for what it is as well as what it could be if we did choose to go that route. We went in expecting to take 6 months to a year. Chris and his team managed to get us into a single family home that exceeded our expectations within 3 months.

When looking at the properties, he provided great input with pros and cons to the houses based on our desires and general goods/bads of the houses. Chris is very knowledgable in real estate and when it came to the offer would know the areas and comps to put in competitive, yet fair, offers. This was our first time buying a home and we couldn't have gotten more lucky to have had Chris be our agent to help us through the whole process! We were one of around 10 offers and we got the house! Not only did Chris walk us through every step thoroughly and so patiently, he's also a rolodex of every kind of contact you need that comes with buying a home! Lender? Check! Contractor? Check! Moving company? Check! My husband and I were constantly telling each other how surprised we were that the whole process was just so easy. We had heard so many stories of how intimidating and stressful buying a house is, but no exaggeration, Chris and all of his recommended vendors made it a breeze! ZillowVERIFIED Chris has been an amazing realtor and very easy to work with. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and clearly understands the market. Right from the moment my wife and I met Chris, he impressed us with his professionalism and experience. Chris had done extensive research on our home, comparable properties, and the local market which made our pricing strategy effective. Even though it was a seller's market, we were pricing our home on the lower side and Chris came in with a strategy that helped us price the home higher than our expectation. He leveraged his team to market our property and within 1 day of the open house we received multiple offers and we closed in 3 weeks at a record price! Additionally, we were moving from SoCal to NorCal and we were able to plan our move seamlessly because we knew Chris had our back. He saved us multiple trips back and forth by being our man on the ground and even helped us by picking up our mail. That is the level of personal service he delivered by truly caring for us! ZillowVERIFIED Chris helped us purchase our home during a very hot seller's market. Chris was a calm, consistent voice of reason who never pushed us to do anything we felt uncomfortable about. Of course in this market, it meant we didn't win our very first offer, but I'm glad we were tactical/selective because we ended up with our dream home (within only 3 months of searching in this market none the less)! As a first time home buyer, it would have been very easy to feel overwhelmed by the process but Chris held our hands through all of the home-buying experience and took care of pretty much everything. Throughout the process we always felt that Chris had our interest as his priority and it was evident in all of the advice and suggestions he gave. We felt very lucky to have found a great agent and very appreciate of his help in one of the biggest decisions of our lives.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris supported my family in our search on relocation to orange county. We started our search remotely from New York and Chris was amazing every step of the way. He was patient, taking in our input on preferences, must haves, dislikes, etc and, when we had all but given up hope of finding our dream home, Chris came through with a pre-market opportunity that checked all our boxes. Chris helped us move quickly and advised on the nuances in the local market. Closing went smoothly and I could not be more thankful that Chris was our agent - best one available!

ZillowVERIFIED Chris was referred to my husband and I through a good friend in real estate, and we're so glad that introduction was made! From day 1, Chris has been an invaluable resource to us - especially given we were pretty green homebuyers and new to the Irvine market. As you can imagine, we had tons of basic questions and were fairly nervous about the whole process, but felt so much better having Chris as a partner as he patiently answered all our questions and guided us throughout our journey. We ended up signing on a contract for a new development and had to manage much of the process remote from the Bay Area. However, we knew were in good hands with Chris as our proxy in Irvine as he kept track of the build of our new home, proactively sought updates from the builder, and even stood in for us for our closing and final home delivery! All in all, we're so incredibly thrilled to be able to move into our new home soon and we're so luck to have had Chris for getting us there! I highly recommend Chris for anyone looking to buy or sell a new home, and know that my husband and I will be seeking him out the next time we're looking to make a move!

ZillowVERIFIED Thank you Chris, We talked about the sale of the house back in early 2020 and did not decide to list our house until 2021. You have always been professional, supportive, and helpful. When we decided to list with you and your team in 2021, from the moment we started the process you and your team were in constant contact and supportive throughout the entire process. Want you to know how much we appreciate you and all your team. We would not use any other realtor in Orange County.
