REAL BORKER, LLC

Yvette Tavitian is a knowledgeable, friendly, and competent real estate agent who I feel confident to recommend to anyone. My home closed escrow in less than two months on the market. She works with a team, so there is always someone there to answer any questions and keep the process going. If you want someone to sell your home and sell it quick, hire Yvette!

was referred to Yvette by a friend, and from the very first conversation, I knew I was in good hands. What I didnt expect was just how far above and beyond she would go. Yvettes knowledge of the Las Vegas market is exceptional aEUR" she was brutally honest with me about what to expect every step of the way, and that honesty was exactly what I needed. She never sugarcoated things, but she delivered every hard truth with such calm confidence that it actually put me at ease rather than adding to my stress. Selling a home is one of the most overwhelming experiences of your life, and Yvette made me feel like I had an expert in my corner who genuinely cared about my outcome aEUR" not her commission. What moved me most? On the last day, Yvette was right there with me aEUR" physically present, helping me pack and get the final things out of the house. That is not something you expect from a real estate agent. That is something you expect from someone who truly sees you as a person, not a transaction. But she didnt stop there. Once the sale closed, she helped me secure a transitional rental property so I had a safe landing while I figured out my next move. She thought about my whole situation aEUR" not just the sale. If you are looking for a Las Vegas real estate agent who is experienced, honest, responsive, and will be there for you in ways you never anticipated aEUR" call Yvette Tavitian. I cannot recommend her highly enough.aEUR?
