I had been using another agent that, in my opinion, was doing Real Estate as more of a hobby than a profession. After trying to purchase a home for 18 months and having either financial institutions play games with short sales or finding that perfect house and having an investor come in and offer 10% to 20% more than my fair offer I switched to Yvette. Over the course of 1 week we looked at around 50 properties .... she's sometimes hard to keep up with (I think NASCAR might want to give her a shot!) but that is not a complaint. We put 3 offers on the table that week and 4 weeks later moved into the home of our dreams. She is fast, efficient, knows the market and doesn't play games. Shes extremely military friendly, and obviously experienced in finding you the home of your dreams even when you have to purchase from another state. We were getting ready to be moved by the military to Las Vegas when we got in touch with Yvette. She didnt waist our time, and only went to the houses she knew would be suitable for our young family. She also did not try to get us out of our price range like other realtors who will push and push and push (making buying a home uncomfortable). We actually bought a home in Las Vegas from her without ever seeing it, and it was the best experience of our lives. Not only is she great for finding the right house for you and your family, but she is great at getting it sold fast when you have to move again. We got orders to move from Las Vegas about 2 years after we got there, and did not have time to sell before we left. Of course we called Yvette again, and she found us a buyer and closed on the house faster than we could have expected. If you want a hard working realtor with tons of energy that stays up until 2am every day working for YOU, then Yvette is the one.
