Blake was fantastic to help me walk through buying a house as a first time home buyer. He was able to recommend inspections that I didnt think to do but was able to give great insight to keeping the house in good shape. He is extremely communicative and transparent about the whole process and I would recommend him to anyone in Ohio.

Alphat did amazingly well from the first phone call to me purchasing my first rental property and Out of State for that matter! His willingness to connect me with the 4 cores on the ground and constantly reminding me the right deal will come my way every time a deal did not come through. I would recommend Alphat to anyone looking to buy either within or Out of State. My first deal closed in August. Thanks Al. For all the work you put in.
