He attended the University of Delaware & received a degrees in marketing & art. With a thirst for knowledge & a desire to travel, he left the US for 2 years to pursue an MBA in Australia. After Australia, he was determined to move to LA with a dream of being a top sales professional. He set up an export company specializing in high-end luxury cars in Beverly Hills. Ray became a realtor with an aspiration of being a sales leader. With him, he took all of his experience in sales, negotiating, marketing & educational background to excel in his new career. He quickly advanced & is in the top 1% of Realtors Nationwide, winning various awards. He owns several investment properties in CA, lived in Santa Monica for 12 years & currently lives in Mar Vista in a new construciton home he built. We are grateful to have found Ray to handle the sale of our Santa Monica condominium. We found him to be smart, honest, reliable and diligent. In our first meeting he guided us on timing and rather than rushing us into a sale, he suggested we wait for the best season to put it on the market. He worked with us on a pricing strategy which turned out to be optimal as it attracted multiple offers. We actually moved out of the country before listing it and Ray was able to take care of everything without us there. We felt he did a beautiful job in staging. In the end our sale price was substantially more than we expected and we were able to close cleanly despite some difficulties our buyer's lender encountered that were not anyone's fault but which Ray helped to resolve.
